This location is in a rougher part of town but you wouldn't know it by the way it is maintained. It's always neat and clean and the staff goes above and beyond to be helpful and friendly.

Patty K | First ImpressionsGravel driveways make it very difficult to move heavy items. While concrete is more expensive to install, it makes the usage experience much simpler. If the lack of concrete resulted in lower prices, I might still recommend it to individuals who had lighter items, but the price point does not justify this cost saving measure and the inconvenience it creates when moving. Staff were spectacular in every way.
Sam L | Overall ExperienceGravel may be a cheaper surface but unless that is reflected in the price of the units, it is inconvenient to cart goods across such an uneven and unpredictable surface. For example, because of the gravel paths, I would avoid using this surface in rainy areas, and might discourage someone from moving heavy items into it. The alarm system is convenient because it means no gates are required to monitor access.

Michael K | First ImpressionsThe storage facility on 47th Avenue and Stockton Boulevard in Sacramento the staff there are awesome I had a unit there for about maybe 2 years or more and whenever I had an issue with payment or anything they were very understandable the manager she's Britney Peralta she's the best she will work with you they're just totally awesome I truly appreciate the staff there I was going through a transition and it was very very difficult transition and they made it more easier thank you guys
