Arthur was the best attendant at this UHaul. We helped me more than any one on the phone. He was very knowledgeable and figured out our exact needs.
Wanda M | First ImpressionsTook almost a month for them to remove my storage unit after I moved out and tried to charge me for it. Also changed my lock and lost the key so I had to get a locksmith to come out and unlock the unit on my dime because they changed my lock with out notifying me
Cole W | Overall ExperienceWe felt secure leaving our items in the storage because we were able to ensure no one would steal from our storage. Especially with the alarm that goes off without a code when you open the unit. I will say i didnt like that just because others stole a free to use item that it became unavailable to others. It would be convenient to be able to sign one out and have to return it as soon as its done being used. Not everyone is able to have even just $7 to rent one for a hour. The unit prices are somewhat understandable for the fact that its a secure building but it doesnt mean people can afford them entirely 😅. But overall we felt secure with our things there but its a bit financially draining, even more so when you're barely able to find a place as it is.
