How U-Haul Reviews WorkI picked up my items on Saturday, August 29, 2026 and found that several items including my $10K bed had absorbed moisture from the floor of the unit at some point and were covered in mold and mildew. I have filed a claim with my insurance company as of today.
COLLETTE R | Overall ExperienceJoseph and the staff were friendly and always helpful. The storage facility is very clean and looks brand new. I would refer this U-Haul storage facility to friends or work colleagues.
