At first I had access issues and it really interrupted my moving low but staff made measures to resolve right away at closing hours and there was another problem with another mover but staff also helped me resolve that too. So they were so goof at helping me resolve these and concerned, they made me a happier customer at the end of my move. Thanks to Jane Esther for her 5-star assistance.

michael m | Overall ExperienceI’ve spent thousands of dollars and many years using your facility. Had to throw many things away that were destroyed by mice/rats that are plaguing your facility. I made a few complaints but nothing was done or offered. I had met and complied with all of your restrictions and requirements and paid each increase without complaint. I’d recommend you start a loyalty program or something else like a disposal option at your expense for your long term tenants since I can’t be the only one who has had things destroyed.

Even then, the reservation was incorrect. Drop off was lazy - no help provided. The attendant said to put it over there while he turned his back and walked away. Would not recommend or repeat.

When I got hold of somebody the person wasn’t helpful. I had to call again, the wait was short and this time the person was able to finally help me.
