I called to let someone know that we had cleared out our unit on Labor Day. I was assuming I would simply leave a message. Instead I got a person who was very helpful and processed the end of our rental materials that day. I was so impressed. Great service and a good, clean facility.

Melissa S | Overall ExperienceThe facility was great. But there was no storage unit available even when we had reserved, paid for, and had online confirmation of one. We were told that they overbooked them on purpose. My college student daughter (who doesn’t have experience with these things yet), had to figure this out with a suv full of belongings as she went to check in. There was a smaller unit available, and after that initial issue, the actual facility was fine-but I was so disappointed that happened.
Maizie B | Overall ExperienceEverything went smooth and easy. Love having the carts to help move items. Possibly think about a dolly maybe for if there was only me moving it would be hard for me to hold the cart from rolling away while putting an item on it.
