The truck should have battery checked, as it sounds like it’s going to die here soon. The truck itself was clean and customer service was excellent.

I needed a truck for a couple of hours. I expected the be done by noon, but the project was a bit more complicated than I expected, and I got it back at about 1:00 pm. The manager said she charged me an extra $1.44 for being late. I paid the daily rental for the truck, used it for 4 hours, and was charged another daily rate because I used it for 4 hours, not 3? No, I don't think so. I will place this charge in dispute as soon as it posts. Just to summarize: You advertise a truck rental rate of $19.95 a day. You charge me an extra $19.44 because I used it for 4 hours. I can't wait to talk to your business office.
