The location was convenient. It was hard to park at drop off with 26 foot truck. Truck was clean. Took awhile to get through self check out process online. Suggest start 30 minutes before time. We did start early and found out â€¦Rental online assigned my information and first reservation to another family and 15 foot truck that was picked prior day. They had to start a new reservation and fortunately the 26 foot truck we needed was still available. Started a few hours later than planned but manageable. The major challenge is two weeks later and I am still being called and emailed about fees/returning a truck that was never in my possession. The last two calls said was taken care of and then another email with payment demand is received linked to my information. I am not sure where the issue with this error computer/human derived. Just extremely frustrated to have to still be dealing with it. With all of this combined resulted in three star. Without error I would give overall five stars for the truck we rented and returned. Even a four if was resolved after first day or two of calls. Truly tempted to give 1 star. Staff online friendly/tried to help but did not have any authority to fix anything. Took over 10 calls being passed from one department to another to get manager and still not fixed.amanda P.

I made my reservation almost 2 weeks in advance. I got a phone call 3 days before I was supposed to pick up the trailer and was told the original site to pick it up would not have the trailer. They informed me I would have to drive to a new location that was 3 hours one way, and needed to be there the next day to pick it up or we would not have a trailer. With having no choice we had to go pick it up because we were moving from Oregon to South Carolina 3 days later. When I complained about it I was told we have you 3 extra day and a $50 dollar credit. Well I did not need the 3 extra days since it sat was not going to be used and I paid $1800 for the trailer. That was a joke if I never use Uhaul again it will be too soon. You company I a joke and exploit people because you have the market. I would rather find a old horse trailer that is full of horse crap than use your company. I am still waiting for a call back from the corporate office after calling and talking to someone who probably never even put in my concerns. The little thing are what mean the most and obviously Uhaul dose not care enough to make things right.Troy S.

They gave us the wrong lockbox to get the key so we had to call and get the combination for a new lock which ended up being the wrong key entirely so I had to go to a different lockbox to get the right key, gas was just over 1/8th of a tank so I had to put gas in it before going anywhere just so I knew I'd make it then when it was all said and done they wanted to try and charge me an extra $140 for the gas being under 1/4 tank even though it was low when I picked it up. All in all seemed extremely unorganized and they wanted to charge me for their own incompetence I won't be using uhaul again that's forsure.Ryan C.
