Store was one hour late for my rental. When I arrived, I called UHaul and they called the store to ask where they were at and they stated they'd be there in a half hour. That didn't happen. They arrived about 45 minutes later and didn't open the store for an additional 15 minutes. UHaul dropped the ball on this. On top of that, the truck that was given is in major need of repair or retirement. That was the worst drive of my life. I still have a headache from the shaking. The original customer service rep, Carol from the cleveland, Ohio call center, was the rudest person that I've had the misfortune to speak with. She should not answer your phones and is a terrible representative for your company. Overall, this was a TERRIBLE experience for me.JARED P.

This location appears to be abandoned. The store was closed at 1 pm on a Saturday. There were no indications it was even a U-Haul dealer. I did not see a single sign that mentioned U-Haul anywhere. There were people loitering in the parking lot and frankly we almost drove away. I hope no one stole the truck after we dropped it off. We put the keys in the lock box as instructed.Steven C.

We didn't get the dolly we ordered, and no one was there to address this issue. No one answered the phone either. Tried to call other locations but no one was able to help us. The vehicle's engine did not feel reliable. It's a little scary.Oliver E.

It was very ghetto, I used express check in & my pick up time was 10:00 am the owners didn't open until about 11:26 . I didn't leave the location until 12:30. I asked for assistance the owners showed me which counters but spoke in another language. There were random people being helped before me because the guy at the counter knew them. They were shaking hands & talking about meetings & this guy knowing why they were there. It looked very skeptical. I asked for a receipt and why I was being charged & the guy had no idea why.Micah H.

This location was horrible. There was no signage to indicate it was U-Haul location. The only reason we knew it was the drop off location was because there was another U-Haul truck in the lot. There was no office and no one to talk to, There was just a key drop box. It was in a very bad neighborhood. We dropped off the truck on 6-2-18. We received a 5l days after we dropped off the truck (6-7-18) asking if we dropped off the truck. It was never checked in. When I called a day later (6-8-18) to find out what happened and if they "found" the truck, I was told it still was not checked in, but they would call the location and get back to me. No one got back to me. Given the drop off location we were worried that the truck was stolen. I did not know that the truck had been officially checked in until I received an email receipt on 6-11-18, 9 full days after we returned the truck. This location should be closed.Nadine K.
