2020 North Ashland Rental LLCÂ 2020 N Ashland Ave Chicago, IL 60614 was closed early when the hours online said they would be open but they helped me reserve a vehicle for self check out. The check out process was tedious. Jessys Shoe Repair 2107 N Western Ave Chicago, IL 60647 was completely closed and just said he had an emergency when I called. He was not able to help at all so I went to the Ashland location. This location had poor service.Bryan L.

Have customers fill gas tank upon returning vehicle. Make sure tires are all filled to correct tire pressure on rentals. Also let people know that you need to have an alternate contact ready to be contacted and confirmed while trying to do self serve rental check out.Kevin M.

It took more than two hours to get the keys to this vehicle - your customer service reps kept acting like I couldn't operate an app or website - turns out the site was having technical issues - I lost $300 for movers waiting at my house - first pick up was at a place where your clerks refused to wear a mask - COVID HAZZARD!Marc C.

Horrible and disorganized. Stood outside in the snow for 40 minutes because there was no code for the key box. Someone had to come drop off a key because they don't have a location on site. Get it together.Jason S.

This is a mobile location with no facility. Direction for activating the rental should be posted on a large sign. A tad frustrating to pick up equipment.DAVID P.

Reservation was cancelled without any contact from the Manager or employee. My truck was â€œgiven to someone who needed itâ€ because I was not there within 15 min of the reservation time. I originally had the truck reserved for 10 hours on this day. Manager still didn't seem to understand his incompetence when trying to explain the situation. Highly disappointed. Stay away from this Uhaul location.Conor V.

Not sure what to improve. The staff were there half an hour before they officially opened to help me set up my truck and car carrier and went above and beyond in the help they gave. They were very friendly and helpful.Frank V.

This location did not have the appliance dolly. No one told me before hand. Found out when picking up the truck. Had to go to another UHaul location on Fullerton to get the dolly. And had to stand in line 30 minutes as well. It took over 3 hours to pickup everything. Was not happy about this.JOSEPH P.

There was no one available to ask for help and we sat outside and had to wait for 50 minutes for our information to be approved for the truck share. This was after we had been called the day before and told that the place we reserved the uhaul was being changed from a walkable distance to 5 miles away.Alex D.
This wasn't my preferred/chosen return location. They switched it because my preferred/chosen had too many returns. I had to complete a self-return on my smartphone because the location closed at 1pm and I returned the truck at 6:30pm. my preferred/chosen Would have been still open. What if I didn't have access to or didn't not know how to work a smartphone? I would have been SOL.DANNY S.
