I am absolutely LIVID. I rented this trailer dirty as he'll, and then when I was done, I WASHED IT. And now I see that they kept my deposit. So I paid 60 dollars to rent a dirty trailer instead of the 30 I was quoted. I'm calling the in the morning, but I will take this to small claims just to sink this crooked little company.

ron W.Had a reservation for a location a few miles from my home when arrived not a call at least the equipment wasn't at the location so having to drive another town to get the one we needed! Which I might include the opposite direction in which we were going! Now all the miles aggravation the extra time at that we spent on the ass made everything end at 11:30 that night my appointment was at one we had to go to Dallas and back then when we get back we asked if we could return it to the place we made the reservation was told that we were more than welcome to, but we would be charge an additional fee to pick it up! As a manager I have over 35 years I would have never made first made a reservation that I did not have the equipment. If I did not get the equipment within an hour of that reservation, I believe I would call the customer and have them make a decision on which and where they needed to pick it up convenient for them, also I'd like to include that as a manager if I was in that situation my car would have been. I'll send one of my team members over there to pick up that trailer. Don't you worry we put you out enough for you paying us a lot of money to use a trailer for a day actually less than 24 hours , I've done business with the other for a lot of times I need my kids I've made by self I have to tow cars because I work for an auto parts store so I recommend people and I use people a lot and I can guarantee you that I will not, if all possible use this place again thank you for your time

Dale B.Not organized . Computer systems are old and so slow that I had to wait forever . Once I got access to the storage building after moving all my stuff , had to wait in the sun forever before they could get me in . The access code didn't work . Would never recommend this location . Storage buildings are climate controlled but there are holes in the wall so that doesn't do much good .

Hika R.The problem is having customers that have reservations waiting whil other customers are being helped with non Uhaul related products. The trailer seats excessively and is a highway safety risk.
JIMMY H.Clean the dang U-Haul and ensure what the customer asked for is it it and don't put things the customer didn't want in it as well as ensuring your location is open when there is a reservation. Also be sure the mileage is in miles and not kilometers

Arturo R.No one was there at the time of our drop off. Message on door said they'd be back soon but in the heat, who wants to wait. Sign also said if dropping off truck to place the keys inside the box on side of building, which we did. Got charged for a non-full gas tank, which we picked it up that way and paper work and inside of truck it said, Return 1/4 Full Or More. So now I need to call and asked then to refund my card. I'm too busy to have to deal with this! I'm still making another trip only don't need a U-haul this time.
kAREN H.Great experience… only one minor negative was they only had an appliance dolly and not a regular one. The appliance dolly proved useless as I was only moving boxes… I should have known better but decided to take it anyway in hopes I could use it. Lesson learned…

Deborah J.I would highly recommend this location and there guest service. However teh corportate or centeral resrevaton system is terrible. We made plans and put in a reservations, well ahead of our trip. We were moving form Montana to Texas. a week before the move I called to confirm. I was told yes all was good. a day before my move I was told no truck. We had already spent thousands of dollars and taked time off work to make this move. And the day before even though I made a resrvation I had no truck. Customer service was not help. They just kept repeating they didn't have a truck. We had to scramble to get a smaller truck. And now since our resrvaton wasn't honored, we now have t go back and move again. Spending more money all bacause ths company cannot figure out what a reservations means. Will you reimburse me for the time and money now lost? It was your responsibility to hold a truck, you didn't holdup your end. I encourage a response and if you will reimiburse me for the added exspense.

antony B.Check fluids before you go. I had to stop and wait on roadside assistance for a total of 5 hours over two days because the crank shaft seal was leaking my transmission fluid.
