I was told by u haul I could do everything when I arrived to the location when I got there I was informed I had to do everything online then most of the equipment I wanted wasn't available and when the attendant went to see if they had the moving pads I selected online he wasn't able to get into the shed where they store them then lied to me saying they were out when he wasn't even able to gain access to where they were keptJEFFREY J.

The address for this location does not exist for outside maps. I ended up going several miles away, though U-Hauls map was correct. Your website should note the location at an Exxon service station. One person was manning this service station, the U-Haul business and answering questions about the Greyhound bus hut that is also on site. He was overwhelmed but very, very sweet.Margaret V.

Lots of confusion when picking up the truck took about 15 min to get the rental even though I had a reservation they weren't sure how to work the computer then upon returning the truck they couldn't find my reservation so they had to call uhaul support to locate my order and have them close it out over the phone. Employee actually told me that I couldn't return the truck there if I hadn't rented it from their location. ???? Does he not understand that most U-Hauls are one way???? He didn't direct me to the key drop box, which was located right outside of his dirty convenience store. Hope his U-Haul privileges get taken away from him!Pamela F.

I rented a cargo van the brakes were all but gone it was so empty on gas it barley started and I had to get gas at there pump before I could leave and my ride stayed with me even though she needed to be at work, the van stunk so bad I had run with windows down it was so nasty that the convince store worker just took a broom and swept trash out on the ground I had to resweap it to use it the windshield you could not see out of the whole rental was just messed up the only reason I went ahead and rented it was I had an unknown major event that happened during the night that I had no choice I had to have it or I would have told him to stick up his ass. I have rented u-haul vans before and still want to rent the pick up in the next week but I am going to demand a better cleaner rental or I will go elsewareMark H.
Location was a gas station that did not allow me to check in via mobile. I had to go inside the gas station and there was only one attendant working the entire gas station. I was not his priority and getting my truck took over an hour because he would stop and checkout customers instead of finishing my rental. The Internet is terrible in this location so I was unable to upload current pictures of the truck and note damage. Two of the tires in the truck were extremely low and it took me another hour to fill them just halfway. Trucks were dirty.Katherine K.
The man working the desk should be responsible for checking the vehicle in. I shouldn't have to go back outside to take a picture for him. He should do that himself. Because of this confusion, I accidentally locked the keys inside, had to pay to get the door opened, and even had to pay an extra 29.95 for another â€œdayâ€ of rental. Mind you I rented the truck from 2:30-5:15...same day. Only 3 hours. Yet he charged me an extra day because I didn't get the key to him by 5. I 100% fault him for not checking the truck himself and I was out a big chunk of money because of his laziness.Jason B.
Van cab was not vacuumed with pet hair on the seats and food pieces on the floor with two other sets of contracts from other customers in the van. Uhaul mobile app did not work allowing pickup nor drop-off via the app. Had to enter the convenience store both times. Customer service in the store was good and friendly and quick but location and environment outside the store includes lots of transient people and people playing the video games at the back of the store making it feel unsafe to the average person.Kerry E.
The guys at this location seemed nice but the vehicle was filthy inside and out. So much bird poop on the windows you couldn't see out. Inside was full of trash and snack droppings. I found disinfectant on the floor but the can was filthy. I also have never had to put gas in a vehicle to leave the lot. Seriously only had a 1/4 of a tank of gas in it.Kathy S.
when i arrived and informed the man I was here to drop off my truck he looked at me like i was crazy. he said he wasnt expecting any trucks. i told him i had a reservation and this was the drop off location. he asked for my name and found it. zero customer service did not act like he had a care in the world never even came around the desk to inspect the vehicle or equipmemt just asked for miles and fuel level. won't be back, ever!Mark A.

The process of completing the initial paperwoirk was cumbersome since this establishment is also a convenience store, there were several times that the attendant had to stop to help other customers. The reason I rated the clean and well maintained question as No was due to the outside cleanliness of the van. The interior was clean and well maintained. However, the outside of the van was completely covered in bird droppings, to the point that I was always looking where I was putting my hand before I would close the van doors. This is not a good appearance for the Uhaul brand, in my opinion, to have a van in this condition of appearance on the road and in use. When I returned the van, since this establishment is also a convenoience store and it was later in the evning, the attendant said that it was up to me take a picture of the odometer and fuel gauge so he would have the mileage and fuelk level to check the van back in. I assume this is due to the attendant not being able to leave the store unattended to gather this information himself. Overall, I have had much better experiences renting from other Uhaul dealers in the past.cox C.
There was confusion between the price at the location and the price online. The person at the gas station was on the phone with UHAul Corporate on Speaker phone and UHaul Corporate agreed with me that I should not be charged $10 Protection Fee, as I declined it according to the system. The person at the gas station said his system could not remove the fee so UHaul Corporate said she would refund the $10 fee. I will have to check back and ensure that happens. Otherwise, the person at the gas station was friendly. The Van worked fine for what I needed it for (a 3 mile trip to pick up my mattress from Sams). JamesJAMES B.

When I arrived, half of the accessories I booked online we're not there. I spent 45 minutes of my moving day waiting there only to find out that they couldn't get me the items I needed and couldn't figure out how to adjust the system to not charge me for the missing items. Their best solution was to send me to another U-Haul location to get the items I'd reserved. I arrived at that location (and waited another 45 minutes) only to find out that they didn't have what I needed either. So I wasted 2 hours, gas, and mileage jumping through hoops only to end up not having the items I needed. We moved several large appliances that day (including 2 refrigerators) without an appliance dolly because I reserved it and mistakenly expected it to be there a few days later when I showed up. This ridiculous hassle and lack of reserved equipment made for a VERY frustrating moving experience.Gary C.

I felt mislead by the advertising I have been noticing (possibly for years) on Van's conspicuously displayed at a storage unit near a car wash I use. The blaring letters and colors and images of a cell convey the idea that I can use my phone and credit card to rent that van at that place at any time that it is there being hawked. I thought that was a great idea a determined to do just that next time I needed a van or truck. That day came o this last weekend. I spent almost three hours, till midnight Friday, on the app and live chat. In short, major runaround and frustration, bounced from one place to another, vehicle was dirty with Medical waste and I got on the road about 4 hours later than I intend. (The van itself wanes and in great mechanical condition) THE PHONE CHECKOUT IDEA IS GREAT. MAKE IT REAL AND ACCESSIBLE, rather than just another bait and switch!Harold P.

The truck was dirty and the fuel was recorded wrong . I should have taken a picture of the fuel gauge and turned it in before I left so that was my fault. Then uhaul tried to charge me another 30 dollars to drop it off at a location 30 miles from my destination. Total rip off. Beware of the fuel scam.craig D.

They had to call U Haul to log in, didn't know where the blankets were, gave us 12 (two packages) instead of the 24 blankets we paid for. The one individual at the station was selling to waiting customers while we waited to be helped. No written contract was provided.RONALD K.
Only 1 person was working at this location so we were VERY lucky my husband knew how to hook the trailer & the wiring to our vehicle! The contract correctly described the rental for 3 days but I got an email the U-haul was due back to the pick-up location the next day. The next day I had to call the location after receiving another email stating that the return was late! I explained the contract stated drop-off location a couple hundred miles away & rental for 3 days not 24 hours.Michael T.

I didn't appreciate having to be skipped over and over to the extent that my check out took nearly an hour. I was wrongfully asked to wait aside for the cashier to attend to incoming customers. It was not my fault that I arrived first and need to step aside for every person who came in after me to check them out. This comes to show me how much this location cares for U-Haul customers. I have always used U-Haul to move my family and self and never before experience such an inconsiderate behavior. Please consider revoking your contract with gas stations that just want to make some commission by offering your pick up and return service ~ it gives you a bad name and awful experience.Ana G.
location ok but when the clerk told us how much $, it was more than I was quoted . I asked why more and he said it was deposit we would get back when return truck, however, I found out that it was more because he charged insurance. we were never asked if we wanted the insurance or not. We did not get ANY $ back. should have been told upfront about the insurance and he was apparently mistaken about the deposit.Kathy M.

1 guy in a mini-mart trying to check me out and deal with his gas and mini-mart customer. He kept having to start over as he was away from the computer for too long taking care of other customers. They needed another employee working. It took quite a long time for me to get my trailer. He also knew nothing about the trailers. When I asked what size ball I needed he did not know there were 2 different size balls. Super nice young man though.Brent P.

Terrible experience overall. Took over 30 minutes to actually pick up the truck as the location technician had no idea what he was doing. In addition, I was charged for 4 gallons of fuel and only drove 23 miles - either your vehicles have very poor gas mileage or that location ripped me off. I know I didn't use 4 gallons of fuel and you can tell by the receipt that I only drove 23 miles. So this location is rated POOR!!!!Raymond M.

This location has no business doing uhaul business. This is a gas station with an employee that does not speak English, didn't know what to do, I had to call uhaul and give the employee instructions, he was so busy with retail customers and vendors that he interrupted my transaction to tend to other customers. It took over an hour to get my rental finalized with several calls by the employee to his boss and me calling uhaul. Then he didn't walk out with me to inspect the trailer or make sure I hooked it up eigjt. It is a schetchy gas station with a casino in the back (I thought was illegal in Texas) . There were schetchy patrons gambling, employees that were clueless and a line of retail customers. I will not ever use that location for uhaul. I will drive further to a better location.Andrea M.

Expected a real U-Haul center, got a gas station. Only 1 person available to help, but he was very courteous & professional. PROBLEM: Asked what time I expected to return, said "oh, I guess around 2", signed paperwork without reading it (have rented from UHaul a zillion times before), came back around 4 & UHaul wanted to charge me 4x the daily lease amount!!! Would've said "midnight" if I'd known I was committing to a hard time! You rent trucks by the DAY, not by the hour, and I HATE this change, it's a real ripoff!!! It's a bait & switch. Owner was nice and reduced the charges but I still paid more than I was supposed to. Am reporting UHaul to FTC. Also google maps has this location WAY wrong, I wasted 45 minutes using google maps before I called, owner said, "Oh, yes, you can't get here by google maps" - why hasn't this been corrected?Sharon B.
No clear of direction. This was my first time renting and did not explain anything to me after I asked simple questions such as, what's the ideal time to return it, etc. There was an extra charge before picking it up and still never explained it, something I'll have to dispute with my credit card company. After handing me the keys, he said you're good to go. Not once told me which truck was mine to take. After waiting for him to show me, he stuck his hand out the door and just pointed. I get the truck and it did the job well but the location is definitely not anywhere I'd recommend anyone to go. Horrible first experience.Morgan M.
GPS insists on sending you to an entirely different section if town in the opposite direction of the actual address. If you can change the listed address to include â€œFrontage Roadâ€ and the ACTUAL business name serving UHAUL customers ON my contract, that would have spared me MUCH frustration and time. I finally searched for a nearby business to find where I was supposed to drop off the truck.Beth Y.
This is a terrible location for a pick up. This is the same location for a greyhound bus stop. It is not a very safe pick up place. The lady told us we had to wait until she finished with the whole bus before she could help us.Caren S.
