It was difficult to log into the app to pick up and return the van as there is no wi-fi. The women working was very helpful but made it clear she really couldn't help us as she didn't work for IHaul.Richard B.

You have not asked the right questions, which are about the rental process, which absolutely sucked. I had to disable all of my privacy screens for your online check in and I cannot believe you now have a photo of my passport, drivers license and me. It took 30 minutes to figure how to do check in and your help line waiting time was 15 minutes. So, because of your shitty process, I lost an entire 30 minutes of rental time which I was, of course charged for even though your process does not work well. I would like all of my personal information and photographs purged from your system and then I request, in writing, confirmation you have done this. The clerk did not have the ability to process the application. She was was in a hurry to leave and showed no interest in helping with the rental process. She volunteered no information about returning the vehicle, I had to ask questions to learn anything.Jerome S.

Basically fine, clean, well lit. Small things: Directions not to back into the loading dock parking spot come after you Have already stopped the van and started the return app. Signs or a note in the truck would be helpful. No information on where to park your personal car â€” we figured it out but a note would help.Charles F.
