Please call me I want a partial credit for terrible equipment and service. The truck was almost two hours late being returned so our pickup was that late. We started to pull away and only have tank of gas. The next day truck wouldn't go over 35 miles an hour so we went to the dealership. The man at the call center was very rude and unwilling to listen. So.. no one was there when we got there. We had to call around to get someone to show up. We had called ahead of time and identified the issue and no one did anything. Hours said open until 6. They were only open until 5. If the hours are say open till six and I select 6 dont expect me to show up earlier than 6. Build in some flex times so the people (rental personnel) can have time.Stephen C.

Only issue I had was that when I was called I was told that I needed to pick up from one location and drop off at another for a 1 way. I had a contract that I made that was supposed to be local. I originally needed 2 - 3 days. I was able to get everything done in less than a day. I was not able to be reimbursed any money due to the fact that the contract stated one way. I learned that I was double booked for some odd reason and the contract that I wanted was at the location that I dropped off at. Overall I spent 100 more than I could have. Other than this annoyance the service was ok.Kasey H.

When I received the vehicle it was muddy inside and looked as though something had been spilled on the door. The vehicle was pretty beat up, but served its purpose. The check in process was not abundantly clear until after I called and talked to the CS UHaul customer service. No one answered the number on the door. Also, the furniture pads and appliance dolly was not in the vehicle when I picked it up. I had to travel out of my way to the Woodmen location to pick up what I needed.Todd M.

Location is part of a storage unit. No room to get vehicles with trailers in. Office is tiny, very tiny. Only one person working, 3 customers all arrived at opening. Had to wait for computers to log in. However, the employee was very nice and helpful. And he managed the 3 customers very well.Michael C.

Struggled with the straps to attach my vehicle. Had to go to another location for assistance. This location listed above was not where I originally reserved the equipment. Completely was a disaster for my entire day. I will NOT recommend or use uhaul in the future!Maxine S.
I wouldn't recommend Uhaul to any customer. Especially military. The communication and constant changing of pickup and drop off sites when it was originally set as â€œopenâ€ was ridiculous. It wasn't on any of the individual locations, they're only doing what's being given to them through the computer system. No one from Uhaul contacted me before to make sure everything was coordinated as they said they would do 24hrs out. Overall I'll never use Uhaul again!CHRIS W.

This location was very small and only had one staff member. We called numerous times so we could confirm our reservation and no one ever answered the phone. I drove 35 minutes to the location - Not the location I would have prefered, but the only one that had the equipment we needed - once I got there the office was closed for lunch with an approximate time to return taped on the front door. I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for the employee to return from lunch. I'd prefer not to return to that location if possible.Tera M.

The location was great to work with but our reservation was moved to a different location at the last minute. The reservation was set up wrong in Uhaul's system and a new reservation had to be created. When issues were brought up with customer service the representative was nasty. Will not be using Uhaul again for this reason. The only redeeming quality was the gentleman at the pickup location. He was very helpful.Kayla E.
I was not told that they would be closed when I arrived and I spoke to them the day before pickup. It was complicated picking up truck as I don't live in the Springs. It seems that the last 2 times I rented a truck from U haul it has been very difficult, time consuming and costly.Greg D.

Because I used your app to make my reservation, the agent at this location said they couldn't assist me when I had issues with a location glitch in the app. I was forced to call the 800 number and was all by myself at the rental location when the agent left.BRIAN S.

Specify required deposits for payment options before pick up. After traveling over 400 miles to tow a vehicle home on a budgeted trip, the last thing a customer wants is to be hit with $175 worth of deposit - more than the cost of the equipment! Employees have zero sense of service, reluctant to find solutions, apprehensive and offer no insight as to why I could not recieve my equipment at the reserved price. Employee blamed website design negligence for this oversight and was very impersonal. I spoke with the manager and it immediately initiated a back-and-forth "middle man" scenario where I was relaying messages to his employee on possible solutions. When I reported to his employee what he told me, the employee scoffed in disbelief, "My manager!?" The employee then directed me to call the number because they "used the same system anyway,". After insisting that the employee contact his own U-Haul company system and not force me to take my issue to another unrelated party he reluctantly agreed to call. After giving his store number and other various details he maneuvered his company's system and was finally able to recieve answers. Overall, the degree of general refusal to do their jobs, just give clear answers and service the customer at this location reflects the priority of U-Haul - money, not the customer. No motivation to simply contact his support branch and offer answers to my problems, no immediate concern from his manager as he remained evasive the entire time I was at the office, even after tracking him down andbringing my issue to his attention. No empathy, no concern, and very insincere. This was the worst equipment rental experience I have ever had and would recommend consumers stay away from this company if possible. As I told the employees, both prices and deposits for differing payment methods (cash, card, etc) need to be clearly stated so consumers can plan accordingly. Requesting exorbitant amounts for a deposit at the time of pick up is horrible practice and guaranteed to drive away future business. Bad etiquette/customer service at this location and general shady business practices.Joshua A.
