truck was great, service was great. I was dismayed at the "unmentioned-unlisted" additional fees and the fact that my personel Nation Wide insurance was not acceptable, return was an issue, two phones could not finish the return process after hours, (both said, unable to locate) dropped keys and finished up next day. As of yet the refund due as approved by main office, has not been posted to my account. Still all in all, i would use you again. Thank youMICHEAL JOHN B.

Uhaul has reduced customer service to such a degree that they are no longer a good option. This location did uhaul "on the side" and was not knowledgeable about hitch, etc.Jeannie O.
VERY NICE GUYS, BEING THAT SAID, THEY NEED TO BE MORE THUROUGH IN THE PROCESS OF EXPLAINING THE VERIFICATION OF YOUR TRUCK FIRST EX... THEY DIDN'T EXPLAIN THAT WE WERE SUPPOSED TO CHECK FOR DAMAGE FIRST. THEY JUST SAID MATCH THE TRUCK TO THE KEY. THEY NEED TO BE CLEAR. FIRST MATCH YOUR TRUCK/KEY, CHECK FOR DAMAGE REPORT TO US BEFORE YOU LEAVE.john S.

For being in the middle of a pandemic I feel the cab should have been disinfected. I was told that it was dropped of the night before but was not cleaned. The amout of gas that has to be replaced is a joke. It was almost 1/2 tank and you have to try and return it with that amount or more so you don't get charged extra. How about fill it up before you return so there is no guessing. I was told that I could return it any time on Sunday since they are closed and then got charged for an extra day! Overall it did the job, but I feel it should have been cleaned and there should be no guessing when returing it.sheryl D.
Online I noted that I wanted counter service, not remote check in / return. I selected locations, and neither were flagged as phone app only. Both locations proved challenging. Was then rerouted to Abiqua Rentals and West Seattle Center, both of which were helpful and courteous. The original locations should have produced a "phone only" flag to prevent customer frustration, delays and stress.. I was extremely stressed when I could not access key at remote location.Paula M.

First of all l was told it only cost 19.95 for 4 hours. Nobody bothered to say anything about the 79 cents a mile until my son dropped me off and l was forced into your highway robbery fees. The truck was dirty. I didn't have my phone with me so l tried using my sons phone to check out since it was returned after hours but within the 4 hour mark. It wouldn't work without my own phone so l called Uhaul to get help. The woman was extremely rude and what she said to do didn't work. I was charged double the price even though l got it in on time. I will NEVER use your company again! Never!LISA A.
We had to drive an hour away to drop off the auto trailer when there was a U-Haul location about 15 minutes from our house. This was not very convenient and poor customer service. We requested the drop off location closer to our home, U-Haul changed the location after we had the trailer. For $500 you would think that U-Haul would be more customer oriented, and take care of the logistic details instead of us working for you.Tracy Ann M.

Don't make charges on their credit card before notification. I thought my card number was stolen so I cancelled my card only to have to call my bank back to let them know the charges were legitimate.Gloria S.
