I got charged double the amount that was calculated according to usage only because I couldn't find an open gas station and couldn't refuel 1/8 of the tank. It is not dair to get charged for 28 lt of gas instead of 10-14 lts tops. Now I understand how uhaul makes money. They rip off the customersâ€¦ERDINC S.

Trailer had no license plate, fender was damaged and didn't fold out properly. Phoned and told the operator about the license plate issue and he really didn't seem to care.Tristan L.

I reserved online, a truck, extra insurance coverage and a dolly.. paid online and when I went to pick up I had to pay extra (was never told what I was paying for) I then drive the truck home and realize I didn't get my dolly. I called to let them know and I was told I'd get a refund at the drop off location.Sheena S.

Pam - the customer service rep was more than helpful and kind. She knows everything about these units and their codes. The Heavy Duty 6X12 is my favorite trailer this month. Keith was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I must share that I was not impressed that I had to travel to Moose Jaw from Regina to pick up a truck. This costed me a significant amount of time and money on my moving day. Given the circumstances, I would have expected a discount for the added inconvenience. Instead, I was charged $160 when the same truck would have cost me $30 had it been available in Regina.Aaron B.

If you are forcing a $13 payment for 2 litres gas by saying you have the picture showing the gas was low and when I asked for showing the picture then saying you have deleted it. Great eyes for spotting 2 litres of gas is short:):), really?Ajay C.

Keith at Moose jaw was wonderful to work with. Sharlene from "Traffic" was aweful we called to make sure our reservation we made a week in advance was in Regina and it wasnt, go figure this is not new or unusual for us that's why we call ahead, so we had to pick up in another city and asked to be reimbursed for the troubles and gas costs to us driving 50 minutes each way. Sharlene hung up on my husband after being on the phone with her for an hour and getting no where on his work time, he then called back and she got his file again and within a minute hung up on him AGAIN!!! What kind of customer service is that? I don't understand how you can treat customers that way especially in her position, if you don't like dealing with disputes Sharlene you need to change departments and I also recommend some wine and bath because you sound miserable. I recommend to U-haul to hire people who care about helping people and your customers not someone who hangs up on people, not only is it immature but highly unprofessional.Breann S.

I reserved a month ahead and I am so disappointed that it was not reserved when I went to see if it was available at the start of my 24 hour time slot. I am so sorry I got the run around and then was told that I could only have it for a few hours and had to have it back early. I am sorry that they never said they were sorry for this but just that it was the way it was. I am sorry I didn't rent a truck from a car rental place . I don't how you stay in business but I guess its the low cost. I had a real education. It's that real business success doesn't apply to u-haul. Thank you for maybe reading this.Annette G.

Service rep checked signal, brake and hazard lights after hook up. Noticed next day when it was dark that tailights were not working. This should have been noted when I picked up the trailer. The outside of the trailer was quite dirty and floor inside was covered with dirt.Norman S.
