The fees of the uhaul was alot for a way smaller truck then what I normally rent... the fees need to be adjusted due to the fact moving is difficult as is... let alone hidden fees way after a return...

The ratchets were the straps go into cinch the truck down we're almost rusted shut took me several minutes to get them broken loose They also came loose several times in a 300 mi trip

Josephine RThe man running the place told me I’d have to hook up the 6’x12’ trailer myself. While doing so it was so heavy that I injured my shoulder and back while lifting and urinated on myself. To add insult to injury, the man and woman from the office came out and checked that I’d hooked it up correctly, once I’d finished and they took pictures of the hitch with me standing there hurting in pee pants.

Sondra PWe picked up our truck without a full tank of gas. The cab was full of half smoked cigarettes and it had greasy disgusting seats staining my husband’s clothing. Truck barely wanted to start, had low tires, and had to fight it to get up the hills in Norman, OK. After 9 hours moving and returning the truck, we decided not to fill our truck and just pay for the $5+/gal gas for the company to fill it since we only used less than a quarter tank. I called the next morning after being charged DOUBLE the estimate, and instead of explaining the charges I was scolded by Tina for not filling the truck and was told to go read my contract. Today is day three after the move and I have received yet ANOTHER charge. Called and was pretty much told off by Tina only for her to hang up on me. Found the corporate number and opened a dispute. I have never had any bad experiences with uhaul. This one has made me never want to rent one again… poor poor customer service. You can tell this place doesn’t take pride in what they do.

ROBERT WI don’t know why I was charged an “environmental fee”. If you’re going to charge that, don’t advertise 19.95/day. Just make it $20.95/day and be honest.

MATTHEW EI would only recommend the location if you are already familiar with the online app. The staff wasn't able to help when there was technical issues returning the truck. It took me almost 30mins to redo the process 5 times. I was worried I was going to be charged another day.

But when I got there (I was 45 minutes late) they had rented the motorcycle trailer to someone else . Boy was I pissed. Luckily they located a trailer at the friendly Alameda street location where they sent me. Not happy with the guys at the Lindsay St. location.
William LChange gas policy. What am I supposed to do drive around to waste gas and your equipment until I reach quarter tank or loose 20 dollars. Gas is to high to waste. Start full and return full no brainer. I know people are lazy but be fair.

I had a truck rented for 2 days and the head/corporate office took it away from this local location just because they wanted to. When a person secures a reservation they expect to have the product the times they reserved it. I was present when the employee contacted "the office" and "the office" attitude about the situation was "too bad-so sad". The local employee told them that I was affected by their decision to give the truck to someone else after he confirmed my reservation..he was not happy either. But did the best he could. You guys need to learn what customer service is! Again, the employee(s) at 2111 E. Alameda were outstanding..."the office" sucks!

Kathiren PThe rental was not clean from the outside. It had dead bugs splatters all over the windshield. The rental bed wasn’t clean either. I had to sweep it before loading my stuff. The rental fuel gauge is not working properly, I had to over fell the tank (50$) worth and yet the gauge was showing half tank after I started driving again it started slowly to increase and yet it still doesn’t show full tank after I got the receipt.
