We ordered a 20’ Truck which when we showed up the keys were lost so we were given a 26’ Truck. We also ordered 2 Dollie’s and we received none

The office smelled of dog urine and vape smoke. A little rush of wind from opening the door swirled up dog fur into the air. It was dirty all over. I returned the equipment two hours before closing and handed the keys back to the office person and he did not close out my rental, leading to phone calls from U-Haul asking if I had returned everything.
TRACY SFacility was closed. This facility is a dump.....dirty and run down. It in not meant to be an equipment drop off location. Attendant, who reluctantly emerged from a little room attached to the "office" was rude and un-helpful. When pressed, he said "just drop it off around back". Around back I found two other pieces of small rental items. I'm still being asked about when I am going to return the trailer and I returned it on Sunday.
