Nothing, the service was top notch.
Andrew MEverything was great. Other locations could take lessons here and bring it back to their shop to improve. There was a glitch - the corporate people pulled the equipment I reserved so it wasn't there when I showed up. I was going to have to go to another location to get the truck. Very inconvenient and a waste of maybe 2 hours of my time. That is a lot of money lost. But John stepped in, figured out a plan and got me on my way in about 30 minutes. Would have been faster but John had to fix the corporate screw-up. He really saved the day for me.
GEAY FI dropped off after hours, but this location is exceptionally professional any time I have been there.
Payton LPeople and place was great. Would have been great if I could have returned the equipment at my local Uhaul instead of having to drive an hour plus to take back to pickup location.
MICHAEL NThe equipment I reserved wasn't there like the uhaul promise. So had to change things and use a different auto transport. Not my first and preferred choice. Would give 5 stars but due to not having things as I had reserved that's why I'm giving a 3 star review

michael bGreat people to work with. Loaded the trailer to my pickup, connected chains and lights. Verified brakes and tyrn signals functioned properly. Great access to off and on major roadway. When returning they disconnected trailer from truck and checked trailer for any damage and was on my way in less than 10 minutes. Would definitely use them again.

steve mOur initial tow behind trailer that we picked up from American Stone (they were personable and did a great job) started to leak when it was half loaded (who is resonsible for checking on this?). It was a disaster. We called customer service. It took hours and they were not able to apply our payment to a new rental. We were behind and stressed about our move from Washington to Texas. Finally, I spoke to Mandy at Uhaul Customer Service. I explained my frustration and that I was on the verge of tears. She went into fix it mode and got everything taken care of!! We got our truck and car tow rental from another location and they were excellent as well. What was a disaster turned into a blessing, all because she took the time to listen, do everything in her power to fix it and offer helpful advice. I will forever be greatful to her!!! Uhaul she needs a raise!! And also, she should teach her expertise to her fellow workers. Customer service matters, especially in the middle of a major move!!

Evan RThe employees should be better trained/instructed on the equipment they are renting. I was told that the truck would tow my trailer, but it was not big enough. It didn't handle well on the freeway, even less in the rain. It took longer than expected because I had to stop and wait for he rain to quit. Then to top it off, the truck which was extremely new, broke and was undrivable leaving me stranded far from home for several days. Roadside assistance picked up the he truck They didn't offer a replacement and are charging me for it breaking saying it was my fault. I am extremely disappointed with this location. I have rented from a different UHaul location several times for personal and business use and have never had any issues.

Konrad BPlease List all the possible locations on the app that you can return equipment. Even if you are not excepting returns there. I was looking at a map and seeing a uhaul location a 1/2 mile from where I was moving into. But it was not listed as any choices. So then I called and they said just wait until you get there and call this number, then they will let you pick a close spot. Then that night I get a call and email from someone saying they were sorry they couldn't find a location where I wanted, but i needed to drop off at a specific location. Guess what? It was the location 1/2 mile frome where I was moving. Don't get me wrong it worked out great for me, but shoot that's a lot if extra stress for nothing.

KEVIN HI would not recommend going through your traffic department cause they do not know what is going on. Your local stores know more and can handle the business better and more customer friendly
Robert PI will never use Uhaul ever again. I was charged $114 just to rent the Uhaul - forget the fact your truck says $19.95 a day and the amount charged was 5x that, $5.00 for “environmental service,” + taxes, so $130. Then when I return the vehicle WITH more gas than I was issued, I’m told I’m being charged a $1/mile for anything over 30 miles, an extra $95. This was not explained to me at the time of pick up, it’s not a bullet- it’s super small print in the middle of the page. I’ll be posting a negative review on every place I can think of.

Charlie BThe staff at the location were helpful. However, the instructions they gave me were at odds with the U-Haul interface and app. I was told I would not be able to leave the trailer at the location after I had used it, and that if I did, I would be liable for the trailer. This contradicted what the U-Haul website said, and it was difficult to confirm later that evening where I could leave the trailer. There was a lot of confusion at this and other steps of the process and conflicting info at times on U-Haul's own site. I don't think I'll be using U-Haul again.

JOHN EThey truck I was given for my rental was damaged. They said the previous customer had damaged it, which made it my responsibility to document it to make sure I don't get charged for it. They also told me I wasn't supposed to return it to them, but didn't know where I needed to return it. I had to call U-Haul to find out that I did in fact need to return it to the same location.

Douglas PTruck roof was leaky over the front bump out and in rear. Many boxes got soaked and fell apart during unloading. These were packed with expensive rust prone tools, some may have been ruined. Horrible quality issue for a truck rental in the wet pacific NW
Edward CReduce locations that don't provide service. I had to go to 3 locations at the start and 2 locations at the end because the beginning didn't have inventory and my drop-off location, that I had been given, didn't have space to store the trailer.
