They were absolutely wonderful; I can't say one negative thing about picking up at Anslies. I was originally scheduled to pick up the Auto Transport in Eatonton, GA at "On the Go Automotive" and will now tell you my experience with them. When I get there I'm shocked the place was actually a U-Haul location due to the massive state of disarray, cars, box trucks, transports, junk cars, garbage and such all over the place, junk was even piled on top of the Auto Transports that are there. I go to the office and no one's there so I walk over to the garage next door thinking it was the same place, it wasn't but the owner there called the owner of On the go Automotive and asked him if he was coming in the reply was an emphatic "Fu*k No." I know this for a fact because the call was on speaker phone. I had called and confirmed my pick up with him on Thursday prior to picking up and spoke to him so he knew I was coming. He told me he gets there between 8:30 - 9 o'clock after he drops his daughter at school so I could come sooner. The guy I was talking to suggested going to Rana's Travel Center to see if they had one, which they didn't. I called U-Haul and they had a 45 minute phone wait, I then used the chat feature and explained what happened and exactly what the man said about coming in. She gave me the number to scheduling and the woman there found me an auto transport in another town, she said she would give me a $50 credit for the hassle, I thought "that's fair" until I realized it ended up taking half a tank of gas and three additional hours on top of the time I already spent. I ended up having to spend an extra day there because of it. So needless to say this was the most horrible experience I've ever had with U-Haul and I've rented many U-hauls before. I would never ever recommend going to On the Go Automotive for anything unless you have time and money to throw away.Susan W.

Nothing, it was a gas / food center so it was ok and I would use it again. The people were very nice and helpful. Now for the overall process of using Uhual, was a nightmare and I've sent an email email@example.com that I would like a response to. I'm coping that email below- I need to share my experience with Uhaul from this past weekend. End of the day through the nightmare all I'm asking for is the &75.00 credit to my invoice and also the 50 miles that were supposed to have been credited also, all offered to me by a Regional Manager/Person I spoke with on Saturday. We had org. booked for 94 miles but she was going to give us an extra 50 miles. The Story- Reservation # 20578470 July 29th my wife reserved a 15' truck with Safemove, (1) Dolly and (1) Dozen Pads for us to pick up on Saturday July 31 8:30am at the Secure Self Storage 910 Hampton Rd. McDonough. We arrived shortly after 8:30am to find the location doesn't open until 10:00. We returned after 10:00am and was told "the 15" Truck had been broken for appx 3 months and wasn't loaded in the system, I'm not sure why corporate keeps renting it out." The lady was very nice and wanted to help but because the truck wasn't in the system, she couldn't pull up the reservation number and told me I had to call corporate. Using the App was no help, and I ended up the phone for 20 mins before getting discounted, then when I called back I was on hold another 40 mins. before someone answered. During all that hold time we drove to another UHaul rental location just up the road, the location had (2) trucks outside but I was told they couldn't rent me one, I had to complete the reservation using the App or Online. I completed the reservation #20684903 for a 20' truck (all they had on site) and went back into the store (still waiting on corporate to answer) only to be told, we don't see your order in our system, even though I had a new reservation number she only wanted my name and cell phone. The lady said she wasn't going to be able to help that I had to speak with Corporate and shortly thereafter my call was finally answered. I explained the situation and she stated she needed to transfer me to a "Regional Manager/person" to help me. A lady answered I believe her name was Misty or Missy and again very helpful, she ended up transferring this new reservation to a 3rd location, NDOW Automotive Group at 526 W Solomon Street in Griffin GA. She apologized for all my troubles and told me she would give me a $75.00 credit and the extra 50 miles. After visiting (3) locations and wasting half my day we got a truck (no dolly, no pads) w/ the Safemove and arrived back home. By this time I had to change our original plan of loading that morning, driving to Sparta GA, and then off loading with pre-arranged help. We had to load and drive down Sunday morning but our help was delayed to other plans and couldn't help upload until late morning. The problems created by UHaul ended up making my drive further in the truck, from Griffin to home, then double back to Sparta, and also our help was as available. Both of these caused us the extra mileage, and also the late return. I welcome a phone call from someone, and help with the credit and the 50 miles that wasn't received. The truck had red clay in the loading area, no one swept out the truck after they used it last. And that was not fun for me to deal with because I had to sweep out the area before I could load up my own personal items.Constance L.

Nothing here at this location. However, this location was NOT my first choice. My first choice was 15 miles closer. When I rented the trailer, I was not told that my 1st choice was not available for a drop off. I received a message on the day of drop off that I was being sent to another location. When I spoke to a rep, I learned that the website nor where I picked up the trailer would have the info of my 1st choice was NOT available. Why? That info should be available on the website as well as for the originators. Here is a glitch that needs to be addressed!KRIS T.
