Truck cab was filthy covered in mud and dog hair. Windows were dirty on the inside making it difficult to see. Clerk was friendly and helpful. I recommend the service, but disappointed in the condition of the vehicle.

MARY NTotally confusing. The people at the store said everything had to be done online orover the phone. Then I get a call from Uhaul asking if I still wanted to pick up the traile. I told them I picked it up about 4 hours earlier and they said I didn't check in at the store. Either everything is online or not. It only took 9 days to get my receipt.

James VI ask for NO insurance. My vehicles insurance covers towed trailers and contents. I was charged for it anyway. No safety pin on hitch. Hitch bounces with correct ball. Just a complete lack of knowledge on pricing. This place has three 5x8 included trailers, nothing else and still couldn't give me a price
Westley HTowing tongue need some rust lubricant sprayed on it and the latch on the back door. I was not offered printed paper information.
