The agent was very helpful. The truck drove very well, although it's been a while since I have done a road trip without cruise control. The one big issue is that the truck smelled like a bus stop toilet. There was strong urine smell which was covered over with disinfectant. If I weren't on the highway, I would have driven with the window down.

The guy who worked there wasn’t trained at all and had no idea how to do anything. It took over an hour just to get the trailer out of there. He couldn’t help set up the trailer so had to enlist the services of a toothless man who reaked of alcohol who apparently lived at the location. The guy behind the counter first said there was no additional fee for one way trips then said it would be over $100 more (he just had no idea). Then he claimed another $100+ added was a “deposit”. I go to drop it off and that was a lie—the deposit was $60. Uhaul should be ashamed to be associated with such establishments. I don’t trust the people there. It was absolutely terrible and I would never use them again and I hope uhaul goes bankrupt because they certainly deserve to.

Took 1 hour and 25 mins because the person had absolutely no clue what he was doing...just an example...he didn’t know how to scan the drivers license into the computer...he tried to put it in the slot where your receipt comes out....horrible experience

This entire deal was a mess front the beginning to the end. Pick up location was changed at the last minute. And the original drop off location was closed.

I had to step over piles of junk stacked on the floor, walk around stacks of mess & move the owner's personal items so I could count & sort furniture pads. Owner was extremely lackadaisical & really didn't seem to care. Lack of concern was obvious by noting the highly unorganized, filthy facility
