I had a guaranteed reservation at B&B for 8am 9/30, but agent told neighbor he wouldn't be in! He wouldn't answer his phone and voice mail box was full. I had to go to Appalachian to get a trailer. This made me 2 hours late getting move started! I was told there would be a $50 credit on rental because of the problem with B&B. Master #20554530. Where's my credit?

Contract was not entered correctly at pick up. Info online for return was incorrect. I received numerous phone calls about return to the truck that was not due to be returned for 2 days. Contract was not in the system when I called Richmond dispatch... I will never use Uhaul again and would discourage anyone I know from using this company. You made an already stressful situation 100 times worse than it had to be!!

The air conditioner was broken, and road side service only offered solutions that were impossible for the circumstances. All equipment should be tested and repaired prior to rental.

Personnel called 2 days before drop off to confirm and ensure that I was knowledgeable of location. He wanted to be certain that we knew how to get to the location and had his cell phone number. He made himself available for drop off 1 day early. This dealer's service is what I would expect and exceeded the first half of the rental experience.

Everything was great. If I ever need to use U-Haul again, this would be my first choice. Customer service was excellent.

I ordered a 10" truck in Christiansburg but U-Haul sent me to Wytheville (100 mile RT out of my way) and gave me a 26' truck. The U-Haul Customer Service phone asssitors were no help at all in resolving this. The supervisor was supposed to call me on June 2 but never called. Over paid for what they provided me. Not a happy customer. Next time Hertz.

Change manager or personal that rents the equipment. Rent the uhaul and they follow us the whole time and even stops us to harassing us. Very rude and nasty i do not recommend thus location to anyone

Trailer was older and banged up .. had to check light connections frequently as it seem to have a short... guy was friendly and helpful

After submitting my complaint to the owner, he was not concerned about the auto transport situation. There are no hours of operation posted at this location and no tele. No. for public view. I returned the truck at 8:45 AM but no one to accept it. I returned at 9:50 AM still there was no one ready to accept me . I had to bang and bang on the door for service. Piss poor!!!
