The locale was basically a junk yard behind a sports outlet store. The only signage at curbside was a 2-foot-by-3-foot U-haul price guide stand, barely visible from the traffic. The employee was extremely helpful and considerate.

The trucks are not at the address for the app and no phone was listed. I had to find another location nearby and they provided me with a contact number for that location. Because the truck was in a completely different location from where the uhaul app has it, I could not use the mobile check in. I had to find the person and meet them in a different location to complete and get the truck. The truck was parked in a field and because it rained that morning, I barely got out of the field it was parked in. The packing blankets I paid for were not in the back of the truck either and that was a struggle to get as well. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

It was a patch of land off the side of the road. I feel it could have been better kept. I had to call the attendant to meet me to drop off truck. The day before, I call him to drop off my transport, he told me to leave it there in the lot, take a picture of it and send it to me. He was too busy at an auction.

Wrong location in maps, when arrived it was a junk yard and someone extremely rude came out to tell me to follow him to another location where he have the trucks [half a mile away give or take] in a dirt lot. Person wanted to refuse cash payment but he took it. Truck was dirty and check engine light was on and blinking with an engine problem which made the truck to limp. When arrived back called this person to get his answer as "if you are back dropping off I don't care but you will have to wait an hour or so for me because I'm starving and I'm going to eat" when I told him I needed an employee to give me my refund he repeated the same thing and told me to wait until he come back to "see" if he had change. Get this location closed ASAP this will only damage U-haul's reputation and name. I'm a regular renter of U-haul trucks and I will NEVER go back to this location, I prefer to pay more to another company.

Location is hard to find. It is basically in a used car lot or a car repair facility, with no inventory of trucks to rent . The truck that was given to me to drive, had just been returned as I arrived. Was not offered to disinfect or to clean vehicle. It was like, here you go and be on your way. Guy was nice, but didn't seem to care much and wanted to get back to his own car business.

Give a call first to the place before you pick up the truck. They will instruct you where to go to get the truck. They have them off site down a side street.

The trailer was not at the address I was provided when I rented the trailer. I was given a second address. The trailer wasn't there either. I was given a third address. The trailer was there.

Very small signage Business hidden back behind another business- was not easy to find This is not this companies main business - U-Haul seems like a side gig for them. We had to leave the key under the passenger seat because the key drop box was behind a locked fence after they close. We had to drive to another U-Haul to rent an appliance dolly because they couldn't provide one for us, even though originally we “could”

Proprietor was not there. Had to wait forever to get cars moved so the truck could be brought out. Nothing to sign to show damage on truck and was worried about dropping it off without documentation.

Bigger UHaul sign-address does not match up to location of drop off-better directions to get to drop off location from main Road FM 620 N. Would have been really scary if it was night time or I wouldn't have had my husband. Also, had someone not come out and help us, it was not real clear where we were supposed to park it. We didn't know what to do with the ZuHaul lock that was on the truck when we picked it up/the man at the drop off location asked us if it was ours.

I lived Ramin . He was very helpful and nice . My huge complaint is , it's hard to see the location and it's hard to get around the place . A little scary for females to visit but I can handle it . Thanks so much !

This was a horrible experience which put my safety in jeopardy for more than several reasons. I'm extremely disappointed in my service from this location and feel that corporate needs to look further into it.

Everything. HORRIBLE location, a car junk yard with a few uhauls in the VERY back. Also, even though it is listed as a self pick up location, once you get there the guys tells you he is not really and you have to wait for him to come out and help you (more than 30 min later in my case)!! And finally, no place to leave your personal vehicle so make sure someone drops you off!!

Send the next customer to a different location. The location looks like a junkyard, the truck was not washed, and honestly, I doubt the oil level was even checked by this location. I was very disappointed in the experience at this location.

Had to drop off the truck at about 8.30 pm.The location was not very clear on gps. The gps showed a place next to it. Couldn't really understand the location and "how to" on the first call. Tried to re-call the guy again, several times where/how to drop off the truck. but didn't pick up the phone any more.

The location is a car dealership that is literally in a field with very limited access and one narrow, uneven dirt road going in and out. Two uhaul trucks could never drive down the road at the same time. Secondly, when I dropped if the truck, the gate to the field/road was locked. So I just parked the truck kind of in the middle of the road. No choice. Then I had to walk several hundred feet back into a creepy car lot in a field with limited lighting and numerous safety hazards to drop the keys into the uhaul box. Very sketchy. Not fun or v easy for someone who might have an injury or physical disability. Can't believe uhaul does business like this.

There was no one at the location who managed the rentals. Thankfully there was a person working who was able to call the owner and figure out the rental. The vehicle that was assigned to me originally (per my contract) was full of car parts. Again, thankfully, there was another vehicle on premise (there were only 2 available) that I was able to take instead. It worked out but this vendor does not give a good representation for U-haul.

We returned the rental truck (two days ahead of the due date) on July 3 at 10 AM. We didn't get any receipt of the rental truck return until today, July 8th. The receipt showed the return was made on July 5th AM!! This is unbelievable. We sent a message on July 4th on the UHaul website requesting to look into the delay of receiving the return receipt. We repeated The request on the next day, July 5th. No response was received until today!

Owner told me to just drop the trailer in the yard. He didn't want to get out in the rain. But it was fine that me the customer gets out in the rain to drop the trailer in a filthy muddy yard. He said he would come over to the location later in the day to check the trailer in. I received no email that he checked the trailer in. I called him back late in the afternoon and he said he checked it in. I didn't get the email until he sent it again. Very poor customer service.

Business is salvage yard/used car body shop in an open lot without any office or persons on staff to help. I had to track down a person to call the owner in order to check-out trailer over the phone. No receipt of contract received. When I returned trailer I couldn't reach anyone at the business, it was a Sat at 5pm so maybe that's why, and figured out how to checkout online. That process was relatively simple since it was only a trailer. Biggest complaint is no customer service, no contract, no communication. Fortunately I'm strong enough to unhitch trailer but I could see this being a big problem for many people.

I have a video of the location and the dirt paths you need to take to get there, past piles of junk cars, piles of junk, and fenced areas with overgrown vegetation. It was totally backwoods, a very suspicious and dangerous location. I'm not exaggerating. I would never go into an area like this alone or at night, or during broad daylight. Why would Uhaul accept such a place? I think I'll post the video to embarrass Uhaul.

This U-Haul site was difficult to find. FM 620 is busy and we overshot the tiny U-Haul sign before we saw it. Once we turned down the caliche road, it wasn't clear as to where the location was located. The personnel were extremely helpful and pleasant, the only plus to this particular rental.

I was forced to take a large car hauler and had reserved a small one. Then I went to go go get the car and it was at an automotive repair facility the store manager put the straps on and the one on the driver side pop loose on the way down to another shop. Then they tighten it down again and one the way back it loosened up an came off for the second time. The ratchet is not working terrible transport. I went to go take it back and I had to do the labor by myself of unhooking the trailer. Then finally a guy showed up and put the leg down on the neck of the trailer. I will never use or recommend this location.

Set reservation for 9am no one on site upon arrival at 9am. Had to call and tell someone I was there and then wait for them to drive over. Never received a reciept for my transaction.

Location ifficult to find. No one was on site and no one answered the phone the first time I called. When he did answer, he was at another location and did not have the truck I reserved. I had to use a smaller option and he had to explain everything and complete the transaction over the phone.

No one at the location - dirt lot - I had to unhook the heavy trailer myself - no jack stand - this was at 2:18 PM Poor customer service from UHaul. Miserable experience - I rent from UHAUL a couple time a year to trailer my classic cars around - this was a bad experience

Where to begin. This place is a disgrace to the UHaul brand. Junk yard meet hill country, be ready to drive around a few times (with GPS) before actually finding this location, and then parking knee high in mud, if you are lucky, the concierge 300 lbs St. Bernard guarding the key box at the trailer deck (off the leash), will greet you with a deep bark in the dark. Uhaul had a nationwide computer/system outage. Which I understand, but the world doesn't stop when internet goes down. The owner wasn't even at location and had to speak over the phone and he refused to rent what I had reserved until system was up. I sat in the parking lot for almost 2 hours waiting and talking with uhaul customer service. finally he showed up and a "miracle" the system was working. My reservation was for 1pm and we didn't leave until after 3:30. And all i was offered was a 10% discount. :( A backup plan should be in place for situations like these. Old school manual processing or verifying with uhaul corporate should be enough!!!

The Uhaul people hooked up the trailer and told me to drive on the trailer when it wasn't connected. The trailer flew up and pulled part of my bumper off. I need to know how we are going to handle you paying to fix my car. Call me at 512-584-5342.

There needs to be clear signs for the location, I passed it several times and finally had to go to the U-haul location down the road because I could not find this location. They gave me directions to find the location but was still not easy to find. You have to go down a dirt road, the location is to the right but there was no sign so I went down to the end only to have to ask the people there and turn around. There is only one tiny sign on FM 620 which really only shows the cost of the trucks. The gentleman there was very nice and professional. They need to make it easier to locate it

The people where nice and friendly. It was very easy to pick up the van and drive off the lot. There was no office and business had to be conducted over the personal phone of an employee. The location was too isolated and seemed more like a junk yard.
