The lady who was helping me came out to the vehicle I rented and informed me that there was damage to the vehicle . She told me it was from the previous rental and wanted to let me know that she knew of the damage so I would not panic about the damage. She was very courteous and helpful.

My location was changed last minute and it added over 30 miles to my trip. When I am paying per mile I feel like uhaul set me up!!! I was not contacted before the change and should have been, so that we could have made a better decision about my options. Overall this facility was great and if I'm in that area again, I'll use them. Unfortunately. Uhaul overall does not get my full satisfaction this time around.

The lady didn’t seem to know what she was doing and was calling a lot of people for help which I was in there for a while she try to figure out what to do. Also was overcharged horrible experience

When you reserve a vehicle at a certain location have the vehicle at the location when it’s supposed to be. Don’t expect the customer to drive 30+ minutes to another location to pick up their reservation. Have the truck cleaned prior to the cumstomer picking it up. The truck stunk like a cigarette ashtray. The back of the truck had trash which I was told was fine by the representative.

I’m not sure why you even bother asking a customer to choose what location they would like to pick up their rental. I selected a location convenient for me (the paying customer) only to be informed the day before my pick up that it was changed to a different location. Then at that location my online pick up would not work. After calling the number in my email which said call 24 hrs a day if I had any problems and not getting any response, I called the 1-800 only to explain my situation to Kierra who then after placing me on hold several times transfer me to customer service representative Val in which I had to reexplain EVERYTHING once again ONLY to find out they didn’t even bother placing a key in the box for my rental. So the I was told I had to go to ANOTHER location out of my way to pick up my vehicle. THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I will not be recommending your services.
