I would recommend doing the approval portion prior to picking up the vehicle. It is time consuming especially for someone picking up his or her vehicle through the app.Tabitha T.
Customer service was horrific, I was charged because the car smelled of smoke before we rented it and we told the lady who helped us, she took no note of it. I was charged a cleaning fee of 25$ wrongfully. I will never use this company again nor will I ever recommend them!!Paris B.

I started my rental process online and chose the location because it was close to my address and where I would be transporting furniture.I was given a quote of 55.95 online. When I went to the office I was told by Sam that the rental cost was 59.95. Sam, or anyone else did not inform me of any other fees. However, when I picked up my receipt, the charge was $127.08. This is poor and unacceptable communication on the part of Uhaul. I need someone to explain how this happened when the truck was driven for 8 miles and I had it for 3.5 hours.Yvette J.
The directions were unclear, since there was no B&B International at this location. It also wasn't totally clear where to park, and there was no spot obviously available.Gabriel W.
We received very little communication that our reservation had changed from our initial pick up location. We also were not told that due to the change we would be picking up our truck outside of business hours and would have to go through the app. With no signage or communication from the business, we lost about 45 min of our rental time.Steven L.
