So far so good. The store and employee are really helpful and friendly. But there`s a new online return or drop off system that doesn`t work very well. It confused me and I have to make a phone call to confirm and let someone know I returned the key just in case I got extra charge. I got a message ask me to log in mileage and gas level. After I dig the receipt out and double checked the mileage right before I went to bed, the system asked me to log into my account. I cannot, always password error. I even tried to change the password, error "try to change it again later". It becomes a dilemma. Hope the new "shared-truck system" works better with less hassle.

Very rude and unprofessional. Called several times about bringing rental back a day late. No answer. No voicemail. These people should not be in business. Pick another uhaul dealer if you can.
The business was very unprofessional, unprepared, and did a poor job of explaining things to me. They were late to give me my rental and there was no one in the office when I arrived at 3:30pm. It was a very anxiety and stress producing experience. I would never rent from them again!

Everything was great to me
It took over 45 for the man to complete my reservation & I was the only person there. I had entered everything online before arriving but was told my reservation could not be pulled up. He then proceeded to enter a manual reservation. It took 3 attempts before he could get everything entered into the computer correctly. The man was elderly so I didn't say anything at the time. I've rented many of these trailers & never had it take so long. He was not familiar with the computer. He needs more training or needs help.

Be more upfront about the rental agreement. Because I'm white and my daughter is black, he acted like he couldn't find them when picking up the truck Almost like he didn't want to rent to them She stated he didn't disclose anything about tires and roof not being covered.

This app wasn't as useful as I'd hoped! I tried to check it in Sunday, June 28th, but the site wasn't letting me check it in. And of course the location was closed. So I got charged for an extra day. So ultimately I was not happy about that.
I ordered boxes and they were simply cancelled because the location didn't have them. It really put me in a bind
First let me start by saying the customer was horrible. When I arrived I told her all the problems that I had while the truck was in my possession. She didn't have a name tag so another unprofessional issue. I told her the horn didn't work which is a safety hazard and someone almost hit me. The door didn't close properly and when I told she said uhauls always getting hit so I guess risk my life huh (BLM) I told her the air doe not cool properly she argued me down saying it does spitting in my face with this COVID-19 outbreak. She did not have a mask on. Point blank period worst service I ever experienced I will never return and I will be writing bad reviews.

Manager was extremely slow. He should not have been alone. We waited almost 2 hours. When he finally addressed us, 3 other customers cane and left, opting not to wait.
Truck had heavy cigarette smell
Charged me extra, wasnt happy about that as I have not been charged extra before for turning in the trailer less than a half day late. Additionally, door got jammed twice.

It was an exceptionally great check in and check out. Small shop with wonderful customer experience. When I need to rent a vehicle again, I'll be back there.
Change out the broken driver's window handle (knob). Assure that customer has right size van. (I should have gotten one with a ramp.)

The back of the uhaul was infested with roaches. Person at location could not leave the site to go and get anything to take care of this matter...

I live less than five minutes from a U-Haul location. It's terrible how I had to drive on the other side of town to pickup.

To begin with I rented at another facility to pick up at a certain time and while in the process to pick up said vehicle I received a call from a person at that location telling me that I would have to go to another location to pick up way across town because there truck the people that had it decided to keep longer. No offer of any compensation for having to drive way out of my way to pick up at this out of way location!!! I will be thinking long and hard before calling this company to rent again!!!
I was very satisfied with the whole process. I don't think the next customer will have any problem.
The man checking out the trailer was very slow and could not work the Uhaul software and was unable to apply my Uhaul credit voucher; he did not try to call for any assistance; finally after 45 minutes, I had to go, so I just paid for the trailer; I contacted Uhaul customer service and they assured me it would be done upon check-in; got my receipt not long ago & the credit was not applied and NO ONE from Uhaul has called me back as promised.
