The inside of the cab needed swept and the back had grease on the floor and mud along the back floor next to the door. It was raining some when we picked it up.Neal C.

The windshield wipers driver's side would not clear windshield which was a MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD. The truck was wobbling and jerking all the way from Tennessee to Michigan which made for a terrible ride. Second 26ft truck I rented in two weeks. The first truck was great and rode well. The second truck rode awful. I deserve some money refunded because the second truck truck was awfulJeffrey B.

The store was closed for our reservation. The keys weren't in the lockbox. The owners were in Florida and very rude when we called to get in touch with them about picking up our truck. The only good thing was Chris the regional manager, he was very helpful in solving the less than ideal situation.Richie Lee K.
the staff were superior. I initially contacted via phone and because I needed the truck earlier than their opening hours they arranged to have someone come in early. Extremely polite and accommodating. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing to rent equipment.Stephen W.

The mobile reservation app can be very frustrating when used in a spotty signal area. But Uhaul's customer reps and Baseline Accounting's rep more than made up for it. They were amazing!James P.

Moving with U-Haul made it so much quicker and renting was super easy. Way cheaper than I imagined and super pleased with the rental. Although I never want to have to move again, if we did we would most definitely use U-Haul again!Aaron C.

This experience was GREAT! They were courteous, explained everything and actually treated me with respect. Pack Rat (another UHaul dealer in the area) needs to take lessons from these people. They took good care of us. I had a reservation with another U-Haul location that I had gotten through the number that I called. But when i arrived that business was not open. So I called again and was rerouted to this Graysville Rd. They got me right in and back out despite having an employee out sick that normally handles these transactions. They were friendly and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. Unfortunately I no longer live in the area. Thanks to them I got on my way and the truck was just the right size.ANGELA V.

Agent was not there, I called several times, left voicemail, never returned my call. I dropped off equipment on 10-11-2017 @ 11:30. No one was there. Had drop box for keys and contracts. Got another receipt yoday of additional charges $59 and change for 2 extra days, saying it was not returned until today the 13th. WRONG!!!!!! Have already called customer service ref ID# 1586095. Not my problem, they dont do business on a daily basis, i fulfilled my end. I was also offered a $22 discount if i returned equip to this address, which i did not receive.Susan C.
