The facility seemed well equipped. It looked like all equipped parked there were complete with wiring harnesses. However, the seemed like they were too busy to help with returning equipment. I was left to disconnect and park the equipment by myself. The other location had reluctantly help get everything hooked up and checked that it was safe. I was left with the impression that had I been picking up the equipment, I would have been on my own hooking it up and getting it ready to tow my vehicle.michelle B.

I can't think of anything you could improve. Haley was superb in her customer service and I would highly recommend her and this location to anyone needing to rent a U-Haul truck and/or equipment. Do better on how much gas is in tank. I put exactly the amount of gas in as what was in when i started and was charged $6 something for gas. It said it was at 1/2 but was actually right below 1/2. Wish i would have taken picture. I now know for next time.SANDRA B.

We had to pay extra because we didn't know that 5 days meant "from the time you take the trailer". That should have been explained. 5 days from Wednesday is Monday, so we thought we had until closing on Monday. We were charged extra because we took it back at 10:30 am instead of 8:00 am! The truck was clean and the people at the rental location were very helpful but the AC did not work. Please make sure you check that when it's going to be above 100 heat index. Very uncomfortable ride! Other than that everything was great and would definitely use this location and U-Haul again.JOAN S.

The area that we had to pick up the U-Haul at was not very accessible. It was hard to find due to the different businesses along the way and around the area.ARTHUR K.

So i was told my car fit on the trailer I rented. But my car barely fit on it. Plus when you open the door to get out I couldn't. Because when you open the door they hit the trailer fenders right away. So I had to climb out of the car window. Just a big headacheBERT C.

Agent was nice and helpful. I received a different price online when I did initial order. During check in there was a considerable price difference. I feel like it was a bait and switch typw of deal but because of time restrictions I went ahead with process but I wasn't happy.Ruth P.

Scheduling and pickup was easy. Staff was helpful. Equipment was in good order. Would have been nice if management was lenient on their policy. I had a miscommunication with my Menards order and didn't end up needed the trailer I had reserved. Only had the trailer for 30 minutes but wasn't provided a partial refund. I understand exceptions are difficult but could have been a nice opportunity to earn my respect and increase likelihood of future business. Thanks anway.JUSTIN R.
