It was a terrible experience renting a truck. Your app is the worse app ever. We spent 2 hours trying to work thru your app. It would not accept our pictures. The mileage was incorrect and we spent so much time trying to get a picture to prove it that the battery died and we had to wait another 30 minutes for roadside assistance.John J.

No one was there to help me attach the tow dolly to the truck. I had to find the dolly on a grassy hill beside the store, wheel it down and attach it myself. It was very hard to maneuver with one person and I cut my hand on the hitch. Fortunately I found someone on the loading dock who helped me direct my car on to the dolly and make sure it was lined up on the ramps. No one there knew how to tighten the straps properly so I had to look it up online. I would never rent a u-haul from this location again.Andrew T.
they were closed on Monday when I dropped it off, and they charged me a after hours drop off fee of $20.00. Not happy about this. Not my fault they are closed on Monday. It would be nice if you refunded this back to me, the contract number is 25277988.TODD K.

I had to drive 35 miles, one way, to pick up a truck. I returned home and there were 4, 10 foot trucks at my local U haul. Your return policy on gas amount left in truck at return is horrible although it is a good money making scheme . Not pleased at all and will never use U haul again. Truck allocation is horrid and not reimbursing customers for gas places the responsibility on the customer is completely unacceptable. My business for rental and storage place is now done. First had to drive 45 minutes out of my way to pick up the truck. They didn't have a dolly. They had a dolly at another location witch was another 45 minutes away. So I decided not to drive and get the dolly. I needed to start packing the truck. Didn't have time to drive all over the place.Dawn H.

Blackburn's wasn't the problem, it was the uhaul number they called, I originally wanted the uhaul for Saturday but they said I could get it Friday at 330 since they aren't open on saturdays and I wouldn't be charged extra. so I went and the system wasn't working so they called the uhaul number, They asked if I needed a appliance dolly, I did, but they didn't have any, so they charged me for it and then sent me to Logan to get it. Once I got there they didn't want to give me one since it didn't match with their numbers. It was a shit show. Finally after they called they gave it to me, but that was around 430-5. And I wanted the truck until 7 Saturday but I ended up having to take it back Saturday at 3:39. I'm not happy with the experience, on top of moving it was something I shouldn't of had to deal with.Heather L.

Every time we rent a Uhaul, it's a disaster of an experience. We were unable to pick up the truck we initially reserved because of a screw up on your end. So after running around trying to find another one, we had to drive 40 minutes to get it and picked it up 2 hours later which put us behind in moving. On Saturday, we were told that as long as we returned it before 9 PM, we wouldn't be charged another day. We returned it at 9 and still got charged 2 days. There's not necessarily anything wrong with this location. Uhaul is just a disappointment of a company.Clayton S.
