This guy is the same guy I dealt with last time. I asked for a utility dolly because I forgot to reserve one. He had 2 dollies in the office and even pointed out the he clearly had 2 available. He looked on his computer and said he has to do a separate reservation which was fine. He then got up and said he had to take a dolly out to a customer outside. When he returned, he got back on this computer and said there wasn't anymore dollies available and it been reserved and the system automatically takes it out the system. Now, let me tell you that last time I was there, I had ordered a dolly but he said it was first come first serve so I had to get a refund for something I had reserved that was supposed to be there but wasn't. I don't know if the guy is being racist or not but he was lying to me whether it was from what he told me last time or the current situation. Both can't be right.Mikeala W.

I had reserved a u-haul and utility dolly. I go to pick it up and was told one wasn't available but they had one earlier. I told rep that I reserved it and he said, they reserved one too and they got to it first. It didn't make any sense to me. Don't post on the website that you have something available in your inventory if your really don't. If they person already reserved it, then it shouldn't have been available on the site. In the end I was reimbursed the $7 + $50 reservation so I added a star.MIKEALA W.
I parked my car inside the gate. The lady at the desk never said do not park inside the gate. So on my return I had to call the office to get a temp passcode to get inside the gate. Very un professional. Still waiting over 40 mins. Driver pulls up trying to get into their storage, I was able to get into the GATE TO PICK UP MY CAR. UPON MAKING RESERVATIONS ASK IF I NEED A DOLLIE. This rental company has no dollies. So saddddddd.bridgette H.

My experience with U-Haul at Bow tie Storage was garbage. First, my estimate originally was $45 and then my final estimate a few days prior was $75, which was a bit misleading in my opinion. Then, I signed up for mobile pickup, but when I went to get the truck, there wasn't a key anywhere for me to get. When I went inside, the person told me they had no record it was a Mobile Pickup, even though I had proof on my phone it was supposed to be. Then the desk person was unfriendly and had the hurry of a sloth. He had to take my credit card, even though I had entered it in the app ALREADY and needed my drivers license even though I had already submitted pictures in the app. Then, when he gave me my receipt, I noticed there were no furniture pads, which I had reserved for the day. He told me they didn't have any....to which I replied, then why could I reserve them. He told me U-Haul doesn't know the individual inventory of different locations and I could go to a different one (which I didn't have time to do after dealing with the sloth desk person). It was frustrating to me that when they saw my reservation originally for the furniture pads, they didn't contact me to let me know they didn't have them. So, in summary, U-Haul at Bow tie storage somehow managed to make a stressful move more stressful.Lyndsey B.

Bow Tie Self Storage was no help at. They had no information about the Uhaul procedure. When I called them for clarification on how to pick up my truck they told me they could not help me. Luckily, the Uhaul online pickup was extremely easy to do. I just didn't know at first that picking up my truck was completely independent from the self storage facility. Moving day is always stressful. So when I called and they said they could not help and left me with no guidance, I was very stressed. All I needed was direction to pick the truck completely on my phone and I would have been set.Adam C.
