We were very frustrated with the billing> it was to be charged to my credit card. I reserved it on Thursday and said I would pick it up Saturday morning. Friday I found out I couldn't do that because of a funeral Saturday morning. I called the business and explained that my son would pick it because I had a funeral to conduct, but I was still paying for it with my credit card. They said fine. When he went to pick it up they made him put down a deposit and then it was all charged to him on Sunday. At first we thought maybe we were both billed but that didn't happen. This was the worst customer service I have ever received. First it took me 30 mins to pick the truck cause the guy didn't speak English and couldn't find my reservation. His wife had to come out of the office to find it. After she found it they tried to tell me the truck had 1/2 tank of gas in it, there was only 1/4 of a tank. The guy literally went outside the shuck the truck to try to make the gauge change. The truck had sunflower seed in it and a cigarette pack. However the truck itself ran good. When returning the truck the guy chaged me for $62.50. This fee was for gas in the amount of $37.50 (please note I put gas in it before dropping it off) and a cleaning fee of $30.00. This amount was took out of my account within minutes of leaving the key in the box. I recieved an email notify me of this charge. I went back to the store and the guy refunded the money with no problem. However my problem is your company took the money out of my account with 2 mins of me dropping your truck off but it takes you 3 to 5 days to put my money back. This money was money I needed for gas to go see my grandpa that's currently dying, he is in the final stages of dementia and is in hospice. The people I talked to about this matter was very rude and pushy. All they wanted to do was get me off the phone and continued to tell me that it takes 3 to 5 day and how it's my bank that's holding the money. It's not my bank holding the money I checked. I have never been treated so poorly by any company until now. This is my first and last time I will ever use UHAUL for anything. Also I hope you guys have a very Merry Christmas with your family's cause can't go see my grandpa before he passes way cause for your employee mistakes.Jenny R.

They processed the wrong size truck after having to wait for printer paperwork to be completed so took an hour which delayed precious time for a move. After that the UHaul truck experience was ok.xiomara U.

It is way too expensive for people on social security. There should be some kind of a discounted rate for us because we are there ones most likely to take good care of their equipment. Other than that U-haul is a good company worn good maintained vehicles.Thomas S.

The only complaint I have is that we were charged $30 at the drop off center to put 2 gallons of gas in the tank! $30 is astronomical for such a service!Becky D.

You charged me 2 different prices for the same rental. I have a future reservation and they charged me that price and not the correct price. The salesperson has trouble accessing information on your websiteWILLIAM V.
My review has nothing to do with the location, and everything to do with U-Haul themselves. I reserved the truck and scheduled to pick it up at 9am. At 8:30am I checked in online hoping to not have to worry about waiting very long. It made no difference since U-Haul's system was down. One of the associates was doing everything he could to try and help me get out the door. After 45 minutes of trying and talking with Kevin Sullivan, the area field manager, I was told nothing was going to happen. I came back an hour later to get checked in, and was told the system was still down. I finally got a call at 12:30 saying that I'm finally able to check in. The associate was very helpful and very apologetic for the delay. I was more upset with U-Haul at this point.Kelsey M.
