I hated the service. Long wait time on call. Bad customer service. Had to go to some location that was not in the original booking to pick up truck and drop off there again. Inconvenience and long delay. Field manager promising $50 as refund and then giving a coupon instead. Overall very bad experience.Vikramaditya A.

Have all the equipment ordered available. You moved my pick up to this location stating the change could guarantee equipment I reserved being available. I arrive and the truck is there - no appliance dolly, no utility dolly, no pads. Called your customer service number was told equipment reserved is "based on availability". Seriously.....Uhaul's business is to help people move and we rely on you delivering what we order being available at the agreed to time. Rep said an appliance dolly and pads were available......guess where? at the location you moved me from! But utility dolly's were not available there and equipment is very tight in the area. Told her to find me a place where I could get a utility dolly. Several minutes later she came back and said all 3 items were available at yet a third location across town. So I drive the truck over to the 3rd location and guess what.....multiple trucks of the size I ordered were there along with a field of appliance dollys, utility dollys and pads.... Why would you not have just had me do my pick up at that location to begin with??? Move otherwise went smoothly after wasting an hour or more. Truck was good other than terrible windshield wipers and completed the move. Such a pain that was totally avoidable with better planning on Uhaul's part. Can't recommend you because you didn't follow through on your reservation.BRIAN S.

I deliberately reserved a truck during a time where the uhaul website indicated that an agent would be available because I did not want to do the mobile phone pickup option. The morning of my reservation, I received an email saying that my reservation had been changed to the mobile phone pickup option. This was done without my consent, and it was already too late for me to consider rescheduling. I ordered furniture pads that were not provided, and because there was no agent onsite (see above) I could not do anything about it other than call and complain. Some of my furniture is now damaged. There was an open can of paint left in the back of the uhaul. I was not provided with a lock and did not see an option to rent one when reserving the uhaul. When reporting damaged areas on the truck via the mobile phone pickup service it was unclear how to report damage that had not already been marked. I later received an email about my drop-off location that began with â€œas per our discussionâ€ when I had not had any discussion with any u-haul representative, or anyone at all for that matter, about the drop-off location. The only reason I am giving two stars and not one is because we did ultimately arrive safely at out destination and we were promptly refunded for the furniture pads that were not provided. The overall experience was frustrating, strange, and made our move more stressful than it had to be.Neil R.

Could not find any employee at this location upon dropoff, it was filthy dirty and once an employee was finally found they never looked up from sitting on their cell phone. Ended up just using the dropbox after already having a horrible experience!Amy O.
I was charged a fee for dropping my U-Haul off one way after the man at this u haul gave me a drop off time of 9pm after I waited hours for him to get there to give me the keys with my daughter crying for 2 hours!Cloey N.

I found the check in process to not easy, I had a hard time checking in and was off my schedule because of it. I don't have any ideas, but it was user friendly for me, I spent an hour trying to get a customer service person to help me!!!Elonda T.

No employee present at location for pick up. I was about 20 minutes early for my reservation but I would expect a business to be staffed during it's posted hours. Luckily I was able to call UHaul and they were able to process my trailer pick-up over the phone and I could hook up the equipment myself.Dennis S.
