The auto hauler that was turned in to them had been run enough to wear 1 tire down to the point that it was replaced with a new one while wearing the other 3 tires low to high across the tread from the drivers side to the passenger side. The replaced tire was nearly touching the fender and upon closer inspection it was clearly understood why I was being pulled into the oncoming lane of traffic. The rear axle on the driver's side was not centered on the spring. When your technician came out to fix the problem, he could not diagnose the problem, fix the problem, find a solution for the problem, or even try to be somewhat diplomatic and understanding of how this was affecting myself and my family or the time it was costing me.Mark K.

The truck share website is HORRIBLE. It crashed when I tried to pick up the truck and again when I dropped off. Both times I had to call in,3 tines during the pickup and once on the drop off. Wasted at least 45 minutes on my pickup and again on return. The truck was dirty inside the cab. Otherwise it ran fine and did its job. Please fix the website. Even your own employees admit it is unreliable. I will not rent another UHaul until this works betterwilliam D.

Make sure the drop-off location is correct and right on Google. Personnel should be able to make corrections to a bill. It took me about an hour with customer service to correct my bill over the phone. I had to take the truck out at the drop-off location to put additional gas in because I was told by the pick-up to return with a 1/2 tank instead of between 5/8 and 3/4 of a tank.Peter M.
My recent experience with this business left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. From the moment I walked through the door, it was evident that the staff's behavior was far from welcoming. Their rude, condescending, and arrogant attitudes overshadowed any positive aspects the establishment might have had. The staff members demonstrated a complete lack of respect and professionalism, making it difficult for me to feel comfortable as a customer. Instead of offering assistance or guidance, they seemed more interested in belittling and demeaning customers. Their condescending tone and dismissive gestures left me feeling like an inconvenience rather than a valued patron. One of the most frustrating aspects was their refusal to provide adequate information or answer simple questions. Instead of patiently addressing my concerns, they responded with sarcasm and thinly veiled insults. It was disheartening to be met with such disdain and arrogance when all I wanted was a basic understanding of their products or services. As a consumer, I believe it is essential to be treated with respect and courtesy when visiting any business. Unfortunately, my experience at this particular establishment was a stark contrast to this principle. The rude, condescending, and arrogant behavior displayed by the staff left me with an overwhelmingly negative impression of the business. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this establishment due to the consistently poor treatment I experienced. The staff's rude, condescending, and arrogant attitudes detracted from any potential positive aspects the business may have had. Front floor mats were covered in red mud. Ramp for truck was so dirty and muddy I had to wash it off before we could use it. Inside of truck bed was covered in dry dirt. The Uhaul truck was not clean it had Dog Hair in the Cab of the truck! It had a dirty mattress inside the backend of the truck and lots of dirt on the floor! It took about 45 minutes of my time to clean it before I could put my things-in it. I am very disappointed on it's condition! Inspection of the equipment before renting?raymond C.

The front end had excessive play and drifted to the right. The service ABS warning was on the whole trip. The gas was less than an 8th of a tank and had less than 90 miles to empty. Worried I would run out of gas getting it home. Had to travel 45 miles both ways to get the truck!Bruce A.

We took it back in the dark and there was no sign lit up for the little U-Haul sign so it was very difficult to figure out where the place was in the dark. But they were still there and they were very very helpful very nice young man man that manages itTamara G.
Was supposed to have blankets for packing, staff acted like it was not his problem even though I had pre ordered it. I had to go online and try and find blankets from another local u-haul companies.Isaac H.
Uhaul moved my pickup location and I was supposed to ve able to pick up my rental at 10 am using the 24/7 online pick up . Unfortunately since my location was swirched at the last moment that service was unavailable. After Uhaul confirmed my pickip time for 20 the day before I show up at 10 the location was closed until 12 pm. So I had guys waiting for hours plus ar 50.00 a hout to help load a truck that was over 2 hours late which I still had to pay . I waited on the phone for 55 min only to find out Uhaul had no clue. Thanks Uhaul for costing me extra an extra 200.00. Ill know better next time.Francis Z.

The online service wasn't working properly after return of the rental. The office closed at 2pm today and there was no way to prove we returned the equipment prior to the deadline. Tried to return it online but it said they encountered a problem. Tried the live chat online and the link didn't work. Nothing happened when you clicked on it. Attempted to call the 800 number and was on hold for a representative for over 30 minutes and eventually hung up. Thankfully the owner of the neighboring business was able to vouch for us that we arrived before cutoff.Anna H.

The employee was disinterested and unprofessional. He did not even inspect the trailer, nor my tow vehicle prior to my departure. The air pressure in the trailer tires were 15 pounds under. Trailer was dirty and had remnants of tape and trash in it. I'm pretty sure that I wasn't supposed to hook the trailer to my tow vehicle and depart without any involvement by the employee.Patrick D.

Reservation time was 8-28-21 at 8 pm then it changed to 9 pm so when we went to pick up, it changed it to 8-29-21 at 12:00 pmâ€¦. Which messed up our plan for whole day.. we had to rearrange helper again.. very stressful time for us.. there is nobody we can contact to find out why time changed on us.. I saw truck was in the parking lotâ€¦not happy about out. When we went to pick up rental, the person who was there that day says that was App issue and when we called 877 number, they keep saying no keys for usâ€¦ you can see my chat conversations and you can tell we were not happyâ€¦ roaming around night 9 pm looking for helpâ€¦ Drop off location, app didn't gave us clear instructions so but we still dropped and thinking to call them back next day. I think that if you rent something and you don't use it all the way to where you're going if you pick it up at 1 place and you drop it off addrop it off at another place before you get to the place where you said you were going then I think there should be a credit applied back to that personNancy H.

The young man was cordial and friendly but the truck we had rented had not been inspected, had mechanical issues that made it un-rentabl! So a larger truck was substituted (this required $150 worth of gas for a trip that should have been one tank) much more difficult to drive, load, park. They promised $50 dollar rebate from drop off location in Louisville for taking out of my way (didn't happen). It feels like u-haul ripped me off all the way around! (In addition, I was sent 40 miles from my original rental location to pick up the truck with no allowance made on the part of u-haul! Probable never using u-haul again??? They listed truck as "full" of gas at pick-up was only 90% just saying!!!Chuck G.
