Caliente Auto Repair & Service was amazing. The only issue I had was with Uhaul.com customer service. Even that was okay. They booked me to pick up the trailer with little or no turn around from the previous renter's scheduled drop off. Needless to say, the previous renter was late and not answering their phone. Caliente Auto Repair & Service was amazing to work with and we were making arrangements to get the trailer later when the trailer was dropped off. We did a quick turn on the trailer and I was on the road. I would definitely recommend Caliente Auto Repair & Service. They are friendly and have great customer service.Bryce B.

Joshua was awesomeâ€¦however, the 5x8 trailer had a DANGEROUS, balding, bubbled R rear tire, that wasn't discovered until I had already loaded it, and then had to unload it to REload the replacement! Then, they wouldn't credit my early return in exchange for the PROPER trailer, so I ended up having to pay close to 1k for a trailer rental. If that wasn't enough, I had to â€œdealâ€ with â€œroadside assistanceâ€ to get credit back for the original rental that was defective, and was on hold for OVER 90 minutes before I was disconnected before speaking with ANYONE!!! I will NEVER use UHaul againâ€¦Corporte customer relations goes way beyond â€œleaving something to be desiredâ€.Scott H.

We dropped off our truck during hours when this location was closed but did our drop-off check-out over the phone. What a great way to evolve with the times! So easy to drop off the truck and submit our info.Diane C.

The drop off was closed for the weekend. But the lot was well set up and clean! The owner is a friend of my moms, and was reachable by phone to assure he would make sure the trailer was returned in the system as UHaul mentioned. Thanks to all who were so helpful!Reyna B.

I returned a clean truck, yet they charged me a cleaning fee. I returned truck on the correct date, yet they charged me a late per day fee and it was Christmas Day and no one was there to receive rental. I am a senior and chatted with Uhaul online chat that day to avoid these issues. I would like a supervisor to call me @602-315-8034 ASAP I'm upset and request this matter be looked into.Charles R.

Made a reservation well in advance. Had a confirmation number. Location has no record of it. Had plenty of trucks, but had they not, it could of gotten ugly. Requested truck windshield be cleaned. Cabin had a slight cigarette odor.Louis M.

I don't feel there is anything needed. It's just that the location I used is quite rural. This makes it an inconvenience when it comes to choosing from a variety of trucks. I don't know if that can be helped. They are getting one way rentals, and they come up short on picks. If there was anything to improve on, that would be it. Keeping that location with variety. However.. the customer service is great there. As well as at the toll number I used. I always have had easy times checking out rentals, and great cooperation. The company has been very accommodating to me. I should send my thank yous now.. thanks U Haul and your good folks that do hands on work!!Cherita T.
