The man there is new and there was a language barrier, and after some time he seemed rude, especially when taking other customers without finishing our transaction. He did not explain things well (as far as charges). The van was dirty on the inside and out!!!! They marked me down for a quarter tank of gas, but it was less than that; because it took so long to get the paperwork sorted out with the man, I couldn’t turn back when I realized- which now left me responsible for replacing a quarter tank of gas that I did not receive. By the time I left the man was closing anyway, so when I tried to call, he did not answer.

The service was excellent and the gentleman went over everything with me. He was patient and knowable. We plan on renting another soon for a small move from a storage and that means we will be back. Also, a friend went to Lowe's to rent and although they were satisfied, it was not as easy for them... I told them :) ...

The computer did not have the most recent mileage or gas tank reading for the vehicle. Had I not noticed, I would have been charged for mileage I did not travel and gas I did not use. The vehicle itself was great, new, drove well and was clean.

This specific location needs training....both on the pickup and return, the employees had to call an off site off duty manager....they did do everything satisfactory under instructions.......corporate uhaul needs to get their act together....every time I am dealing with corporate there are issues.....people need to care about their jobs and do it correctly or quit because your actions are affecting people lives negatively....if you don't like your job then do something that doesn't affect lives and be miserable by yourself

The guy that was working was very rude and told me to go to a different uhaul because I didn't think it was right that he wanted $100 from my card and then $100 in cash.

The passenger cabin of the truck smelled of cigarette smoke. I don't know what the policy is for allowing customers to smoke in the rental vehicles, but I would prefer it to not smell like smoke.

the gentleman changed my appointment to 10 am instead of 1pm with me problem he was very friendly and nice to my granddaughter I rent from you all the time and will not use no one else

I make reservations at 7.00am. but nobody come to open store.I wait about 30 min. because I don't have time. I gonna go to work on time. After that I call to change the schedule in next day at 7.30am. because he told me the store open at 7.30am. Actually I can pick up the truck since 7am. That's time show in the system when I make reservation that the earliest time that I can pick up the truck with this location is 7.00am. I go back at 7.30am. on next day but unfortunately nobody come to open the store again. I saw another customer wait him like me too. We decided to wait until 9am. I think it's enough. We went to work and call the call center to reschedule again at 2.30pm. I got it. So terrible. Nobody can tell me why?So tried. Call center told me maybe he just a couple hour late. It 's good answer. Even though my job was done:)

I was very satisfied with the over all experience. The vehicle was ready when I arrived and the online check in helped with making the initial rental fast and easy. Also the person I worked with was polite and helpful.

First off, The guy working I called in to confirm the pick up he was rude, when we went to pick the truck up my fiancé got us something to drink she stood in line waiting to cash out another guy walked in and the guy working walked over and cashed the guy out right in front of her so she didn't purchase the drinks just left them sitting there she then went across the road just to get something to drink. Then the guy didn't explain anything about the truck to me thank god I'm not a first timer I then went out checked the lights all worked but when I was in the truck I noticed the passenger handle was ripped off and laying on the floor the driver side visor one side ripped out. I got in the visor was hanging low and hit my head once I climbed in and with what I saw I was very displeased this is the worst time I have had moving and I use uhaul everytime !

When picking up the truck the sales person spoke softly and was hard to understand and generally not helpful. Also there was about a foot of snow on the hood/windshield that I had to clear off. Returning the truck (different sales person) was a much better experience.

I asked for an appliance dolly and was told it was in the truck, it was a regular dolly for $7, not the one I requested for $10

The legend continues about this small and customer friendly U-Haul site. They could not have been nicer, more accommodating. We ran into moving issues and needed to rent the Truck one more day etc. but all was handled so nicely. We have already recommended them to family. We will be back.

I enjoyed my experience here b/c they made the move just a little less stressful. When I needed the truck longer than anticipated they allowed me to have it and didn't charge me an extra day. I would use them again.

The truck was late. I called before 9am to see if the truck would be ready an hour early. The person who answered the phone was very sweet with good customer service. When I arrived to pick up the truck, it was not there. It had been rented out to another customer. My truck was not ready until 6:30pm. I didn't find this out until after 9pm because the new guy on shift was so rude, unhelpful and had horrible customer service he didn't even leave a message.

We made reservations online and everything was available as promised. Sam, the employee in charge, was extremely pleasant and helpful. Aside from having trouble reaching them by phone, my experience was very positive. The truck and all equipment worked great and was clean. We will recommend to others.

I had requested furnoture pads when oredering my truck. On the day, no pads were there. Please work on ensuring that promised items are indeed available or not promised in the first place. Otherwise an excellent experience with the agent!

We had reserved 12 moving pads and were told they had none, so we had to drive to another location to get those. Also, his printer was not working, so we only received a handwritten receipt. The man was very polite and apologetic, but on moving day, we did not appreciate the extra hassle of having to drive to another location for our "reserved" pads.
