Key wasn't left in vehicle. I had to travel to Suffolk to obtain another U-Haul. I had movers waiting at my house for 2 1/2 hours.

No contract was issued. No one was there at the time of pick up. Called 1-800 number and they said that could just take truck since did advanced sign in.

Apparently the truck supply for one way is very limited!The night before they changed my pickup location to a spot 20 miles away. I called the new spot before driving over and they answered and were expecting me. However when I arrived they were closed - with a sign saying returning in 2 hours! We finally worked it out after calling uhaul - so my recommendation to those looking for a one way move is do not use uhaul

Eric S.Not necessarily the locations issue but more of problem with being re routed to that location that did not have all the equipment I ordered. Also this location did not open for 3 hours after my reservation start time. Which put me behind for more than three hours. Since I had to got to another location to get the moving equipment I needed. This rental was really rough as far as your execution.
ANDREW H.I will never refer anyone to use uhaul. They gave my reservation truck away and I had to wait until the next day to get one 25 miles away from my home. Then they over charged me at the new location and told me if I turned the truck in early I would not be charged for 4 whole days. They said nothing about a flat rate I was charged 823.00 for a 1 day rental move to Georgia from Virginia NEVER AGAIN
Julius P.The only thing was that a dolly was missing from the back of the U-Haul and we had extra sheets in there, so I don't think they checked it prior to pick up. Start was super friendly/helpful though!
