The entire experience from the cooperate side was terrible, I was told to pick up from location then had to pick up from a separate location that was 20 minutes further away with no prior knowledge, I did not get the appropriate emails from uhaul and the Mobile pick up and return did not work. When I called to get help there was help and the people at the stores were not able to help me either, overall terrible experience.Garrett C.

The gentleman we dealt with was so nice & very helpful. We had reserved a trailer but had an issue with the hitch lock on our vehicle. We had friends on their way to help us move furniture. He worked it out so we could rent a truck & be on our way. We will definitely use this business the next time we need UHaul.Wayne V.
I placed an order for a 10' uhaul, less than 24 hours to me picking up my uhaul I received a voicemail informing me that the truck I ordered was no longer available. This change required me to go to another location to pick up another truck, which also increased my driving distance. My appointment for the new location was for 8am. I arrived at exactly 8am, and was unable to locate any personnel to assist me. I made several phone calls to uhaul, at which point I was made aware that someone was driving to me to assist me. My wait time was approximately 45 minutes. The associate that assisted me informed me that I was able to drop off the truck at any uhaul location. Upon me completing my move in, I called the nearest uhaul to confirm this information. The associate I spoke to informed me that I was able to drop off the uhaul ag their location, however, a fee is attached to doing so. I felt like this is significant information that I would have liked to be made aware of.Dante T.
