They truck had bad breaks warped rotors most likely and but service an such fine. They never showed or inspected with us. It had messed up to no areas for cars to be parked and if left locked your vehicle in by 7. They were good themselves though the extra day was charge at over double milage and it drove less then 1 mile 730sw Hibbard loop apt a to drop of at vselect. Wtf no signed agreement at over double miles and they just added the previous days and increased charge. Will be need contacting and dispute this as I am disabled and need a day to recover. My needs were met except that your equipment did not include an adaptor that fit the electrical outlet on my bumper. Apparently, it's the responsibility of the customer. It would be helpful if this detail were mentioned on you website so that this inconvenience could be avoided.Michael B.

This location was fantastic, helpful and great attention to safety. Unfortunately, our experience with corporate scheduling was not customer friendly. This is not the fault of the location, it is related to the corporate policy. Reserving for a specific time is not honored or recognized. The pick up location was changed (25 miles further away) and the pick up time was delayed until 3:30 (instead of early morning). This created a scheduling challenge for people who were helping with the move as well as the timing of being out of the rental at the agreed time. Those I spoke with at the corporate/regional scheduling office did not acknowledge the position this put us in, didn't try to listen or offer assistance or a solution. They also just said it's how it works. So, I suggest reserving for the day before you need it. Again, this is not a reflection on the location, everyone at the location was fantastic! The corporate scheduling department may want to consider improving the software so that this doesn't happen to other potential customers.Camden M.

Location was great. Very disappointed to be told the day before that my pick up site was in the next town, over 10 miles each way that got added to my bill. Since that was not my fault and I booked the closer location. I think U Haul should have given me a credit for those 20 miles on my bill. As ti was the day before, I had no choice but to take the truck.Sonya H.

I would definitely not recommend this location, they were very short and not helpful when calling. Then when I receive the U-Haul it was unclean and just got dirtier the more I drove it noticing different messes that were in the U-Haul. I would recommend checking the glove box and ashtrays prior to driving away. Also just making sure you do a thorough check. I had assumed that because of the Covid pandemic the U-haul would have Been wiped down way better. It assumed to be clean then started noticing all of the mess and that it had not been wiped down at all! Very disappointed in the cleanliness of this U-Haul.grace S.

Lack of interested and involved employee led to a near accident. The running lights were not working. As my husband operated turn signals, brakes, and lights, your employee gave half-assed "OK" hand signals. NONE of the lights were operating. Not good. BTW....put on some decent, not ripped underwear so we don't have to see your naked backside when your ill-fitting pants come down.Darlene D.

I am not happy about having to drive an hour and a half to this location from Seattle after making a reservation 3 weeks in advance. The gentleman at the location they had me pick-up was very nice, but I am still unhappy with the overall experience.Cindy C.

They didnt know how to complete my rental and had to call someone while I waited 30 min. I opted to engage via mobile app to save time, but they were not familiar with that protocol. The delays cost me help in my move. Which ultimately cost me many extra hours of work. I couldnt return the truck after hours because they had locked the gate where my car was parked. I even told them I was thinking of returning after hours and asked if they had a key dropbox. They never mentioned I would be locked out. Just said "yep". This again cost me hours and miles in the morning. There was nearly no signage nor communication. I had no idea where to find the unit (I just searched), and no idea where to park it on return. I will never rent from this location again. Note: the truck was clean and in great condition. The staff wasn't rude, just clueless.BRANDON B.
Fix the trailer. I had to go to work in the am and the trailer I had to use didn't have a Jack so that I couldn't just take it off my hitch. Luckily I had my fathers jack that he left so that I could get it offBrandon R.
