When I returned the trailer no one there would unhook the trailer from my truck. They said there not trained by Uhaul. Only one person is there that can do it and she goes home at 2:00 p.m. That will give Uhaul a bad reputation and bad review ratings. That place is a joke! You should remove that gas station from Uhaul!Hunfree W.

As a small business owner, I do not take reviews lightly. The person behind the counter was hogtied by owners locking up the computers while they performed an update. The cellphone she uses to check things out was not working. The other employee said they need to quit renting trailers completely as they were a waste of time. I felt like I was a burden to take care of. I had to hook up the trailer myself, which is not big deal, but I know U-Haul wants them hooked up by the staff. I returned the trailer and then we left on my own to return the trailer as it was after 2PM in the afternoon and nobody is around to help with U-Haul after that time. If you want service- go elsewhere. If you want to shop local and do it all yourself - rent from here. The gal that help me did the best she could. The rest of the staff was just downright rude. Staff should at least be trained in how to rent/check out and turn in equipment. No one present was trained and had to stumble through the process. Also did not hook up trailer, had to do that myself. Additionally, there were furniture pads in the trailer from a previous move. Not clean, and terrible customer service.ADAM LEIGH D.

Valerie was amazing ! The computer system was a mess. She had to cancel my order that I spent a lot of time on-line and then had to redo the order. The area manager was no where to be found. The drop off location was an unattended dirt lot which due to recent rain was muddy. Without staff I felt that anyone could hook up the trailer and drive it away leaving me responsible. Taking pictures and using the app required much more time than I have experienced at a staffed u-haul facility.Peter K.

The person that helped us straight up took off her mask and had a lot of attitude while helping us. She didn't seem to know what she was doing, and then goes, â€œyou're going to ... TUSTIN?!?!â€ Like she was disgusted with our destination. When heading over to grab the keys, she used her hands and touched all over her face (without a mask on) before grabbing a key and handing it to us. The was no divide between us and her so she was talking to us with no mask and giving us discerning looks the entire time.PAUL N.

waited 2 hrs for truck..computer was down at CHEVRON in MARANA AZ. It was more like --to bad, I can't help you and we don't use uhaul regional at this location. I didn't pick this location- I chose a pickup location 1 mile from my house- but was re-routed to one 30 minutes away. This is a waste of my tome and gAs. Why are you even giving me the option of where to pickup if it's not honored? The location you directed me to was non-responsive to phone calls- I was even told (By a chevron employee they weren't even there. I had spend an additional half hour trying to locate the chevron employee in charge of uhaul. Then it took him an hour to get me set up. It's ridiculous.Ferron S.
Chevron employees has no clue how to check in guests. They could not give me my keys to the truck and it took over two hours to get my rental which completely altered my moving process that day and the next. Will never rent from this location again and will never recommend.Addie S.

I picked the uhaul up at 10:00 am dropped it off at 9:57 And got charged $74.54. I think that's way over priced and I will do business with another company next time. What happened to the 24 hour rental like I was told. Bad business!Luciana U.
Staff didn't seem like they knew what was going on. Received conflicting information on whether or not they were able to receive trucks that were picked up at other locations. 24hr drop off was not available as listed on website. Also when I picked up uhaul, cashier misread fuel gauge and charged me over $70 for a quarter of a tank of gas without telling me and also not proving receipt as "printer was broken". In fact she told me the approx $70 charge was actually my rental fee that had been reduced by about $20 due to using fewer miles. It wasn't until I got home and saw email receipt that I noticed what happened. Called the folks at Chevron and they couldn't fix it, even after confirming they misread the fuel gauge and truck was indeed filled back up. Ended up having to call main U-Haul customer service # to get charge reversed and new receipt sent. Not sure if these guys are trying to scam customers, or just wholely incompetent...Charles F.
So I've had nothing but problems with U-Haul for the last two weeks I made a reservation over last weekend showed up my reservation was not there they couldn't find any trucks for me I went to the Chevron location later in the week they told me they would hold my card and I can pay cash when I came back it's been nothing but problems I had to leave work all kind of stuff I'm very disappointed with U-Haul more than I am the Chevron where I got it what's such a big inconvenience going through U-HaulRick W.
Initial customer service representative assisted well however, once the vehicle was turned in, information initially provided to us was inaccurate and is costing at a higher rate than quoted. When attempting to resolve the issue, individuals at this location do not answer the phone and/or leave you on hold for an extensive period of time and still did not provide any customer service at all.Giorgio B.

The clerk at the site tried to accept my turnin on their application and it said that I had to use my mobile app to turn in the trailer. What a pain in the ass. Not the site's fault,, the turnin process was tedious and time consuming because UHaul required that I take pictures of the interior and the trailer, after it was detached from my vehicle. Ridiculous waste of my time when the site personnel were willing to do the turn in on their system and I could have been down the road.James F.

Exact opposite of what I experienced when I picked up the truck. The employee said it was no problem that I couldn't use my phone. He (Shiv) went out and checked the truck, the mileage and gas level. He did the return on his computer and provided me with a copy of my receipt. I so glad I moved to a community that cares about customer service. This was after the uhaul online system directed me to return the truck at a location that doesn't accept turn ins.Jeffery C.

The pick up was fine, they pulled the truck around and we're courteous. One concern I had was the lack of inspection, both at pick up and drop off. My concern was getting blamed for damage that I did not cause. I did a self inspection and took pictures with my phone to cover myself. At drop off I was in for a huge surprise. The employee asked me what the mileage and fuel level was. I did not look when I got out of the truck as I expected them to inspect the truck upon return. To my surprise the employee asked ME to go back out to the truck and get the mileage. He never even checked it!! Not only that, he never left the building to look the truck over. When he asked if I wanted to a receipt I replied â€œsureâ€. Before giving me my receipt he told ME to take the truck and and park it back in the area that they store them. I could not, and still cannot believe how lazy this guy was. I made sure to park the Uhaul right in front of the dumpster so when the garbage truck comes, he will have to walk his lazy ass out there and move it. I will say, the truck was clean, nice, and worked great. I don't hold any of this against Uhaul, I guess it is to be expected when renting at a Po Dunk gas station.Brandon F.

Don't have the 26' truck and moving blankets I reserved. The Chevron station does not have packing material. I was over charged even after I reiterated the error. I have to wait for an electronic receipt to find the over charged. I have to wait to get my refund in 3-5days. The 20' truck was too small for my household. I had to leave some furniture behind. The pick up and drop off location was convenient. The place close too early for return.Henry Y.

Renting the trailer was a disaster. We had to go to 3 different locations to get one where the lights worked. This Chevron gas station doesn't provide the same level of service as UHaul facility. It is essentially self service. I had to go find my rental by myself and hook it up without any assistance. UHaul employees would normally help in this area. I had to wait until the next day after returing the trailer for them to email my receipt. Other than these minor things, the rental was fine. I will go to a UHaul facility next time if I have a choice.David S.
