When providing instructions to drop off equipment at an affiliate location, I believe it is important that the affiliates understand and are aware of what is being provided as instructions to the customer, vice versa. My instructions were to drop off my truck in the lot of the affiliate establishment, however, the parking lot was full and no additional instructions were provided as to whether the neighboring lot would allow for returning Uhauls to park there.

Why is it that the truck wasn’t full of gas? I expect a full tank, last thing I want to do is have to find a gas station in an unfamiliar city. It also set me behind schedule, plus I paid movers to help me so they got paid for the 20 minutes it took for me to pump gas! Not cool.

Joe was very helpful and nice!!! I left my keys and they were closing he let me in to get my keys!!! I am very appreciative!!! The guy at the counter was very helpful and nice as well!!! A plus customer service!!!!!

Send them to one they can clearly understand and will liste to what you are pointing out to him. The wiper blades were in terrible shape and the left rear outside tire,barley had any tread on it. He said it still had 3000 miles left on it. If it had to go through a North Carolina inspection it would not pass.

I got double charged on my bank statement!!! Beware!!! They’re a scam! Shouldn’t have rented there! Never have this ever happened to me before! Disgusting and never will I rent from them again! Never mess with people’s money!

Owner of the establishment was completly rude, very bad experiance. Did not even explain the contract correctly. Attempted to charge me 2 days when i only had the truck for less than 24hrs, completly ridiculous

The people were very nice and the process with the app was easy but I did have some concerns when I was told the truck had a certain amount of gas in it and it was on E when I got it. And the brakes were scary bad so I had some concerns for my safety but overall I think if they were a little more diligent on maintenance it would make for the best experience I could have hoped for.

It's nothing like going through personal issues to walk into a business establishment as huge as UHAUL and experience the worst professional environment/customer service. The gentleman that was helping the customers was rude, arrogant, condescending and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I called first to see if they had a tow dolIey they had two told me the best way was to reserve online. I could not make a reservation on line the location would not come up even though they had two to rent. I ended up going there in person to complete the rental.

Have used this location a few times now. I make the reservation online ahead of time. When I arrive, there have been short waiting times. No issues with the vehicles. Recently, left my apartment garage opener in the vehicle. After realizing it (more than 1 month after), contacted office. They were holding on to it and waiting for a customer to contact them about it. Don't plan on renting another U-Haul anytime soon, but if I do, this would be the first choice.

I was instructed to fill the tank before returning, as is expected. It took me $16 and 7 gallons to fill the tank. I only drove 11 miles total... so unless this thing gets 1.5 miles per gallon, it was not left full for me when I received it. So somehow I paid for 70 miles worth of gas, when I only drove 11. Was told there’s nothing that can be done. What a crock of crap. Never using U-Haul again. Trash.

Rude and not helpful at all. Refused to even show me how to load my vehicle onto the trailer, far less help me with it. The trailer was not hooked up and they expected me to do it all. 57 years old and I am expected to lift a trailer?

I own a moving company so rent Uhaul'a all the time when we have a truck getting maintenance or just need an extra to take on another job. This location is so I’ve learned my lesson from this location in the past but it was the only one with a truck on short notice. The new front desk girl they had in the morning was great(only reason I gave 2 stars). But the truck was dirty in the cab and in box like always at this location. Had less fuel in it than it was supposed to. Then when I was dropping it off I pulled the truck into a perfectly good spot but the owner(Mr Joe) asked me to move it into a different spot into a super tight space instead of him doing it himself. Ridiculous. Then when I asked for a paper receipt he replied “I’ll try” because apparently the system “changed” recently and after 10 mins of waiting he still hadn’t figured out it so I just waked out. He even had the nerve(not only to rearrange the truck instead insteadvhjfurmmmyykkkuhimself) but to try it t

The only negative part of my experience was my interaction with the in-store customer service agent. She lacked ANY and ALL pleasantries. I ABSOLUTELY felt as if my mere presence was inconveniencing her. I was pleasant to her. It did not help. Hoping either someone else is on duty for my next experience or that an alternate location has the equipment I need available.

Truck was dirty upon pickup. Gas was lower than they said it was at so had to go back in to tell them and have them come see and the older gentlemen scoffed like I was making a big deal of nothing. To top it off, the truck started overheating towards the end of the day. I get it, they’re going to have mechanical issues. But I’ve rented tons of uhuals(have a small moving business) and in comparison to pretty much every other one I’ve gone to, this one doesn’t care enough to sweep out their trucks let alone check them for preventative maintence. I’ve been at others where they’re checking trucks in and checking the air in the tires, checking the oil, topping of fluids, etc. Between the older gentleman and his attitude and the trucks, this location is a joke.

After waiting for 30 minutes web though I had already done online checkin I was given a truck with 1/8 tank of gas. I returned it with the same amount and was charged a refueling fee. When I called customer service I was told the store notes there was 3/4 tank of gas. I went to the store with my signed contract showing there was 1/8 and a picture I took with date and time showing return. Manager was rude refused to listen and said it was very very low. I explained I got it very very low. Never ever again.

From the time I arrived the service was terrible. The guy who moved the trucks around (Hispanic) on site was so rude and unprofessional and he didn't smell clean. When I got in the truck after he brought it around it smelled horrible. The one clerk inside (white woman) was clueless and all over the place. The only person who appeared professional informed and kind was the young lady (Hispanic), but I will never go there again. That place needs an overhaul of staff, procedures and facility.

The representatives where I picked up and dropped off the U-Haul where excellent they was concerned about the handling and the condition of the vehicle if the rest of your staff is as caring as they were or I should say are I would love to do business with U-Haul in the near or far future
