When I arrived at the location, it was hard to tell if I was in the right spot. Maybe a U-Haul sign or banner on the side of the building would really help.

Shatina S.VERY POOR! My son and wife went to this location.. the on-duty personnel pointed to the trailer and said for them to "hook it up". Neither had ever hooked up a trailer before. I had to drive from 10 miles away to hook up the trailer for them. You need to pull this place's U-Haul license. Call me.. I'll tell you more. Samuel Morgan .. 919-357-2168
SAMUEL M.The lady at Citgo made very obvious and careless mistake of the U-Haul contract. We were pretty clear to her that person A's name must be on the contract although person B is driving, but after she told us she understood, she still put person B's name on the contract. We trusted her so we did not read contract until dropping off the U-Haul, but the name on contract could not be changed already. It is a really disappointing experience with U-Haul.
EDWARD C.The instructions for pickup using the app need to be fixed. The instructions indicated that the key lock code is at the "bottom of the screen"; however, the code won't be displayed until AFTER payment has been processed. Fortunately, I was there during business hours, and the person inside the store was able to help. Also, note that the location no longer says "CITGO" on the store.

FRASER V.Check in is a nightmare. The app has so many glitches I had to create 4 accounts before it took a password that was verified seconds before. On top of that the reservation system took all my info and then I had to do it all again at check in WTF. Horrible horrible horrible process

SHIRWIN C.This location was great. However, I reserved a truck a month in advance and closer location to my home. I was called a day or two prior to pick up to say. My truck isn't available and I also has to use a different location. Not happy but agreed. Then a couple of hours prior to pick up. I was called to say my truck had been rented and no trucks can be found. Finally a truck was located and so on. This was an terrible experience. I will share this poor experience with everyone I can. I will use a competitor going forward. It's a shame I have been using your trucks a few times a year over the past five years
