We expain the gas issue, she made a notation and UHaul still took another $27.00 ,out of our account. We put gas in truck back to the true line. Contacted Uhaul about this issue, nothing yet
Eric SmithThe people there was incompetent. Kept saying they was not trained for uhaul. Dont know why they are even renting. They had to call uhaul while I was renting. Then on return check in saying what I owed but couldn't tell me if the deposit was coming off the price . Had to call 3 people to get answers. I have rented uhaul in past I know I had the gas where was when got it and was charged $52. I will be going to another company after this experience!
James CornelisI pulled in to drop the trailer off and all they did was point out the place to park it. By the time I parked the trailer the business was locked up and everyone was gone. This was 3:30 in the afternoon!!!

Eddy NorrisWhen a customer is told by one of your representative they're being given extra miles 4 the truck being unavailable until an hour and a half later than scheduled pickup and for the pickup locations to change by more than 5 miles, explain to the customer how many extra miles are being given also if the vehicle is only used for one or two out of the three days customers should receive money back.

Still say the people in High ridge Missouri were the Best in service Would love to earn points for my final rental out of Houston. I love U-haul. You just understaffed like most businesses. But great employees like Aldi. And let's not even talk about budget hotels. They have really bad staffing issues

MARCUS TALLEYGot there a day early and they were supposed to be open but no one showed up from 12 to 2 left the truck and trailer and called many times and finally the next day they called me from a different number and said everything was fine then they charged me a cleaning fee for no reason I've never been charged a cleaning fee and there was nothing in the truck maybe I'll go to penskie next time

Sharon BeckThe truck was dirty in the cab. There were two discarded masks behind driver’s seat. I hope The people who had the truck prior to me didn’t have covid19. If they did, I probably will too. In this day and time it is critical to sanitize these trucks, otherwise UHaul is just another spreader of the virus.
MICHAEL STRAINMy reservation was at 1:30pm. I arrived on Ike and no one was there. Had to return at a later time to pick up. When I arrived the man I first talked to had no clue as to how to handle and said “you’ll have to talk the the other guy”. He was with someone else and didn’t even acknowledge I was there. I ended up having to hook up the trailer myself. The “other guy” finally came out as I was hooking it up but NEVER offered assistance nor did he check to see if all safety procedure were taken. All he did was take a picture of the tongue and walk off with my drivers license. Not one apology was offered for them being closed when my reservation was scheduled for, only excuses. The trailer leaked on our furniture. Not just a little but a lot. I would have advised them of the leak when I returned it the next day but the were, once again, not there. Very unprofessional.
