They do not care about their customers, horrible customer service. One of the guys told me i could return it to another location. And when i tried they said I couldn’t and that added extra miles. Secondly, they charged me for safe move and i did not want it, i asked the guy 5x to take it off and that i didnt want it and it also was not included on my reservation. He told me i had to take it and he couldn’t take it off.. this place made it so difficult and made me very upset.

I used the 24/7 truck share to speed up the process but the person in the shop had no clue what I was talking about and he spent 15 minutes trying to tell me I didnt have a reservation before finally giving me the key.

This is a gas station and renting out the equipment is not a priority. I have to stay around 30 minutes to pick the keys. I have booked it online and still have to wait so long

The price was way higher than advertised and expected. The signs on the trucks indicate $19.95 but the day rate was 109$. Very deceiving and I will go a different direction for the 2nd half of my move. I was given a “deposit” estimate of $120 but nothing was broken down to explain what I was paying for and the cashier waved it off like that estimate wouldn’t be close to the actual bill. At 19.95 plus mileage and insurance I was expecting $80. My bill was $130. Lost a customer.

I drove rental van for a total of 6 miles, returned truck with fuel gauge at full, attendant said it's not "totally" full and wanted to fill up tank and charge me a $30 refuelling fee. I called customer service and sent them pics of fuel gauge. Customer service saw the pics and said the gauge says the fuel tank is full. I still got charged $4.25 EZ Fuel Sales 1 gallon. I will follow up with customer service tomorrow about it, but I would not recommend this particular store.

While the vehicle was clean, and "practically brand new" as the CJ's BP representative told us, in fact the back door, allowing access to the truck's contents was on the verge of breaking, as it broke when we were unloading in Boston. Clearly not inspected properly. I did call the help phone line, only to be encouraged to go online to request roadside assistance. The trouble is that the location would not load in the online program, taking up precious time and phone data. I went back to calling, and waited over 30 minutes to speak with a live person. This is an unacceptable amount of time to wait to speak with someone. Once the problem was described, roadside assistance was dispatched and arrived about an hour later and was able to make a temporary fix in order to operate the truck and drive it to the return location. Please improve your call pick up time, or improve your online capability. Require routine, thorough inspections of the vehicles prior to renting.

Always have a good experience with them whenever I need a U-Haul. This was a very last-minute rental and they got me processed and out the door ASAP. Didn’t even make me park when we returned. Saw me at the gas pump and took it from there! Also helped us get our personal belongings out of the car so we didn’t forget anything.

Bad attitude terrible physical condition Obvious hands off ownership Looked like an inner city convience store. These are the type of non caring owners that will drag a business down to their level. If not for location this place would not be able to pay the rent.

The location was clean, but there is not a clear location to drop off equipment after hours. This is especially difficult with other patrons fueling their vehicles.
