The motorcycle trailer i used to rent has smaller wheels which make it lower therefore easier and safer to load a motorcycle. This one has bigger wheels which makes it not too easy to load bigger motorcyclesPATERNO PHILIP G.

It was not clear that mobile pickup did involve interacting with the staff. Not a problem at all, just wasn't clear for me initially that was included in the mobile pickup. Very friendly staff!jeroen D.
It's a convenience store/gas station so I had to stand in line behind people buying lottery tickets, which is annoying since we were being charged by the hour, but the person renting the vehicle was professional and fast so it wasn't a big deal. I just wish they had a dedicated area for the uhaul manned by a person who wasn't also manning the cash register of the store.JASON F.

Have all employees well versed in U-haul policies and procedures. Apparently, the person who was there when I dropped off the equipment did not know she was supposed to register it as so in the computer. Someone had to call me to make sure I actually dropped it off.JESSIKA W.

Truck was perfect and very useful, but this location would not let me use their parking lot to keep my car. How is someone supposed to drive both their car and a truck away from the same lot. I had to call favors for rides and ended up spending an extra hour carpooling on my very critical moving day. Could not be more upset at how unprofessional and inconsiderate this location wasAndrew C.
the entire parking lot was a sheet of ice, I couldn't get the truck out of the parking spot, the attendant was absolutely no help. He offered me a cargo van after I paid for this larger truck. It was super unsafe for anyone to walk let alone drive on that parking lot. There were 2 other people renting uhaul trucks that also had to ask the attendant for help because they couldn't get their trucks out either. I had to pay my movers extra for them to come physically move the truck with their bare hands out of the parking spot. By the time I got the truck out, I was an hour and a half into my time and had wasted a ton of time on my (already busy and stressful) moving day.Christina T.

The owner wants you to do all the work picking up and dropping off the trailer. When I returned the trailer the owner wanted me to back the trailer into an uphill space, with not enough room to pull it straight back into the space and with a nice car parked in the space next to it. The owner does not have a trailer dolly to move the trailer by hand and apparently does not have the skill to hook up one of his trucks and back it in himself. I am 70 years old and felt intimidated by this thirty something owner who was very argumentative, unfriendly and had very poor customer relations skills.PHILIP W.

I could not understand the young man who helped me connect the trailer to my hitch because his English was not clear, plus he asked me to do it without him. This location is also a gas station and he was alone and pulled in multiple directions, which is why he asked me to connect it without him. He did help me connect it but seemed unsure and left me not confident it was done correctly. In the end it was, but it was just a bit innerving.Scott I.

Everything was perfect, from reservation to truck return. Easy process, and the staff at CJ's is extremely friendly. My 3rd rental in 5 months, and they all have been great!MICHAEL B.
Truck was clean. Check engine light was on. Took 40 minutes to pickup. Attendant was gruff, barely spoke and was less than helpful. Truck had many undocumented scratches and dents that I had to photograph and document. Location has no safe on-site parking that I would leave my vehicle in. The tires on this car had no tread. It presented major safety concerns driving in the snow. Not only this but when I went to return the truck, the rep who was checking me out got stuck and then said it was my fault. While the mechanic on site was attempting to get out of the space the rep scraped another car and the other person proceeded to say I would be responsible for this. All of this happened during the check out process which should be on camera from the location. This was horrible service. I drove the exact miles I said I would, returned the truck the time I said I would and with the appropriate amount of gas. I am not responsible for damages that occurred during he check OUT process!Erica M.
When we arrived at the BP station to get a U-haul we noticed several people waiting outside the office for the attendant.There were two people who showed up at the station who worked for the company but did not have a key to the station. When they reached the attendant he told them he had left to go get lunch and he would be back in ten minutes. We had to wait about a half an hour for the attendant to get back from lunch. We were on a very tight schedule that day and this put a big strain on everyone involved day. This is not a good practice for this type of business.Fabius D.

Agent was very rude and unprofessional and through back at me and told me to leave because I asked for a receipt. This experience was very unprofessional. Always rent my uhaul from CJ's BP . It's always quick , easy and if I plan ahead they always have what I need ( usually do for next day rental also ) . Truck is always clean and well maintained . Usually in and out in a few short minutes ..... A++ service .JOHN J.

The truck was in a very poor condition, every time we turned it off it kept on beeping and had to be restarted then turned off for beeping to stop. the driver and passenger (mainly) doors took a lot of retires to just close. Truck was a pretty old with no power steering, back camera or any of the basic features which made it very difficult to drive and park. The manual roll down windows were very inconvenient. Since driver could not control the windows/door from his side he had to stop, remove seat belt and then unlock the passenger door from inside to let anyone in.Ekansh R.
