My return was after hours so did not interact with any personnel. The site was very clean outside. There is limited space and ability to maneuver large vehicles. All parking 4-5 parking spaces had vehicle in them. But they site has open grass areas so I parked the truck on the lawn in front of the building. Was not an issue for me. Was a little concerned about parking there for the sake of the business but I had no other option.Glenn S.

It took forever to go through the process of dropping off my u-haul. I was charged extra for no reason upon drop off when I had already paid $253 for one day, and my pickup location was changed. I should be compensated for this inconvenience.AMANDA R.

The parking lot was full to the brim with U-Haul equipment, which almost hindered us from returning to the location, as planned because there was barely anywhere to park that was out of the way of the entrance or gate. Also, we were forced to return prematurely because we didn't receive the appliance dolly at pickup & couldn't use the U-Haul to pickup our washer & dryer for our new home. We returned early & instead of a refund, we were charged more. Almost $400 for a U-Haul for a little over 24 hr. rental... That's a but pricey, I'm my opinion. I feel like we deserve a partial refund for our inconveniences.Ashley H.

NOT APPLICABLE as the drop off was supposed to be Pinnacle Storage in Calabash. Pinnacle said that One Way rentals are NEVER refunded for unused days. The pickup location of Fleet in Leesburg misinformed me. Pinnacle gave me a complementary 10% discount of $35. Pinnacle deserves a Five Star Rating for accepting the trailer, and for the discount.robert B.

Unfortunately I believe if there were away to help a person during these uncertain times that would be great. We had a flat tire on our truck and ended up with trailor for a extra day ended up having to pay for 2 days on trailor and because flat was nit on trailor was told couldn't do anything price wise, it would have been nice to have been offered a reduced rate at least. Exspecially since we had the respect since their cart they normally use to park and move trailors was broken down we graciously drove it back to their storage lot back it in where they wanted it and dropped it off. That is when at that time then we were told nothing could be done price wise..I mean even taking off 10 or 20 because of inconvenience would have been appreciated. Simply because these are times of uncertainties. My husband is laid off and Ive got cancer treatments to pay for that insurance isn't hardly paying for much. So yes any discount would have been nice during these times of struggle. But obviously a big corporation like uhaul needs my money more than I do. If the shoe was on the other foot and I was uhaul I would have offered some sort of discount. Would I reccomend?? We that leads me to an old saying from my grandfather " help when you can cause kindness can go along way and it usually comes back ten fold. I even called in and let them know I was having issues. But I guess the extra I had to pay I will just accept and move on even though things are tight. Waited in the middle of the night beside road for over 6 hours for help of a roadside assistance to arrive in pouring rain. I at least thought uhaul would offer something. Have what I reserved, for the time I reserved it. I called to confirm my reservation days in advance and was told that all was good and that extra miles would be added to my reservation due to a reservation the weekend prior, also didn't have my equipment. The extra miles were not added. That the locations, yes locations, as I had to go to one location to get my truck and another to get a transporting dolly, had them. No problem, seeing how I was notified in advance. However, 40 mins before I was scheduled to pick up my reservation, I get a text with a new address. I called and they didn't have a clue as to who I was and my reservation. I called the location that had my transportation dolly. Nope. Didn't have one for me. I then called U-Haul and was on hold for 24 mins. Finally speak to a representative and informed her of my situation. I was then told that I needed to be transferred. No! I'm on a time crunch and need my equipment that I reserved and confirmed. I was transferred. Another 12 mins and then I finally speak to another representative. Upon me explaining, again, what was happening, SHE HANGS UP ON ME! I had to reach out to the area manager to find me a transportation dolly. He found one. However, no I am 2 hours past my pickup time when I am finally able to start using the truck. I called to schedule my drop off location, as it was a one-way rental, and again was told extra miles would be added to my account for my troubles. BIG FAT NOPE! In fact, I was charged for extra miles. I will never, EVER, use U-Haul again. I spent near $1000 in two weekends and got this crap. Good riddance.GREGORY W.
