The location was great, the customer service reps were great. My only complaint was the requirements to check out the truck online. You have my name, my Visa number, my drivers license, why do you need an additional identifier? It makes me not want to check out online.Lia Z.
This was a great experience. The owner was very helpful and friendly. They helped me hook up the trailer, tested the lights (brakes and signals) and showed me how to disconnect / reconnect the trailer if I needed to. The return process was very easy as well. Our reservation was not maintained. We had originally booked a â€˜guarantee' reservation at 520 Meridian Road Northeast. When we arrived our reservation was not ready for us which led to us getting a truck 2.5 hours late from a location that was much further than ideal. I was not happy with my experience.Amy B.

The customer service is horrible and I regret going to this location. The Chinese guy working there is going to chase the customers away. His behavior and overall customer service are far worse. He ignores customers. I and my friend went to return the truck, and we waited for 35 minutes, even though there were no other customers. After we waited for 15 minutes, he told us to give him the key and he could do the checkout without us, but I said no, because he may claim that there is something wrong with the truck. I told him to do the checkout with us to make sure that everything is okay with the truck. Because we refuse to return the key without checkout, he made us wait for another 20 minutes. He left the office and he went to the car wash area and left us waiting by the office. And he did not return until he saw some other customers. However, after he serviced the next customers who are Chineses, he left us again by the office and I had to follow him. I almost call a police. Very the Worst Uhaul location ever. I would never, never return this location again.James M.

No one was there, the doors were locked. Waited for an hour before someone showed up so I could pick up keys. The phone number on their poster was the wrong number. The phone number provided by uhaul app was also the wrong number. Also I was charged for CDW insurance when I clearly opted out of the coverage. Very poor service overall, quite disappointed that such a big company can still be around operating with such poor service and disorganization.Basal S.

The person who took the rental truck key from me claims to have had no way to close out the rental, no way to provide me with a receipt, etc. The person said there was nothing they could do about the additional hassle and cost incurred by having to pick up the truck 27 miles away from the original pick-up location.Christopher H.

There isn't even a human being to speak to. And it has now been 12 days and I JUST got an email that they finally went and checked the truck. I'm still waiting on the return of the deposit. Uhaul customer service is abhorrent. I've now collectively spent over 5 hours on the phone being bounced around from person to Person. I've had 3 people tell me my deposit should have been returned by now. I Weill never use uhaul again. And I won't recommend it to anyone.Riccardo Y.

When I took the truck, fuel tank was totally empty, the dealer told me I can't do anything you need to fill your self Uhaul give you credit, they give me $39 credit and I fill the gas $60. I need credit of fuel plus my time to bring the gas and refuel the truck. Please send me the credit $85 ThanksMuhammad B.

You charged me 159 for 250 miles and 2 days, when I drop it off at 4 I go home, they wait until 5 minutes before they close at 8 to steal 266 dollars and say it's for the 250 miles that was already included in what I had already paid for. So you charged me well over 400 dollars for the 2 day 250 mile package I already paid for. As i left the day i picked it up he said "Youll be good you have 250 miles you wont go over " i only used 247. I knew something was sketchy when the same guy acted like he didnt see me before today. I'm getting my money back or there will be problems. Thanks.Donovan H.

Please Note: I rented a 20ft U-haul Truck yesterday. It started raining shortly after the truck was partially loaded. At the right rear wheel well I noticed a pool of water on the floor. Fortunately it stopped raining and we quickly loaded the remaining large items and took this load over to the new house. I left behind the smaller items in boxes for fear if it started raining they would get wet. When I arrived at the new house location there were a few boxes in Mom's Attic compartment which were wet. Note this truck should be checked for leaks.John H.

I was given a number to call on arrival on my contract, that number went through to a grocery store and not the location I was at. I went in and found a worker who told me the guy who does returns is gone, but he will do it first thing in the morning. The next morning I received my final receipt without issue.Riley H.
