I made the reservations for Browns Mills, NJ and was given a different place, Marlton, NJ. This was 40 minutes away from where I had to go in Browns Mills and I was responsible for gas. In my opinion it was not fair I had to pay for gas for Uhaul changing my reservation last minute to a location so far away, especially, since I had to drive it to Maryland.NISREEN O.

i was charged a late return fee even though I returned van at least 20 minutes before time due back. i was first told money would be refunded then told i had to call Uhaul. i called Uhaul and they told me it wasnt their fee to call station. i called station again and they told be ot wasnt their fee either. so I guess Im not getting money back. i was going to put hold on my Visa but will stay away from this place.patricia K.

The time it takes to get approval is too long. Our check in time was 10:00 am we didn't get done checking in until 11:00 then was told the had to have the truck back at 2:00 which wasn't even four hours after checking in. After calling to keep the truck longer I was hung up on I had to call back and wait on hold for another 20 minutes to speak to someone. Return the truck is faster then picking up the truck. I had trouble figuring out how to adjust passenger side mirror. It did not seem to move manually and I could not find a knob inside the cabin. Some visible instructions would be helpfulDouglas W.
Reserved van 9:30 to 4pm When I picked it up I was informed it had to be returned by 2:30 pm when I objected he said it was re-rented I told him it I couldn't guarantee but I would try to be back by that time. Due to snow and traffic I didn't get back until 3:10. The man was understating with the nad weather. The time should not be changed after reserved.Marianne H.

Someone should have shown me how to adjust the side view mirrors. I really struggled with them and did not have a good view especially of traffic on the passenger side. Also, the check engine light came on for no apparent reason, but it is never comfortable driving knowing that something major might happen with the engine.robert G.
This was the worst experience. Couldn't find the key when we arrived. I signed a contract that had one amount and now I'm receiving a bill that is $100 more. It's adding more mileage than we drove.Matthew G.

Cargo van was new and clean! Drove well, for a truck suspension good and steering wheel had good response - not a lot of play. Very positive experience! The only minor thing, although I used to drive a 5 gear manual trans, I did not realize I was in M gear. The shift stick needs to be pretty high to be in D - kind of an illusion. A small warning mention might be useful. The man I rented from was very professional and warm and helpful. Great experience!shelley P.

I was charged a whole day for 15 minutes upon returning the vehicle, when I went to question my charges they couldn't even fine my receipt in their computer system. Another man came in while I was there to return his vehicle and the guy told him just to leave the key and they would send him a receipt. That's how they get you with additional charges. Since they can't pull up my receipt, I kinda think that additional $29.95 was pocketed.QWEN B.
