I ordered an appliance dolly to use to move a piano. When i got hone with my truck the dolly was not inside. So i had to go back to the location & get the dolly. Then the cost for the dolly was added to my contract. I would like to have the dolly fee removed since it was not included with my order due to staff error. Thank you!LEA ANN G.

The online check in needs to be explained better. There was zero parking for the car you drive to pick up truck. The truck pulled to the left side of the road making you run into the bumps/warning tracks on side of road. Lease a lot across the street or at least six truck size parking places from Advance auto. This would give your employees the ability to more safely and easily access your rental trucks. Removing the dangerous and stressful task of backing the trucks out into the range blvd traffic would do wonders for employees morale, make it much easier and clear for customers returning trucks and might possibly lower your insurance. Lease 6 spots . Restripe to allow 4 slightly larger truck spots . Two spots on the left. Two spots on the right separated by a 6 foot path for the safety of employees and customers alike. When I went to pick up the truck I rented the girl at the front desk said she just cleaned out the back of the truck because the renters before me did not clean it and she had to charge them a $45 fee. I looked over the vehicle but I didn't open the back because she just told me she cleaned it. I got to our house and once we started moving our belongings in we realized the floor was covered in some kind of grease. It was extremely slippery and my husband almost fell. Now that my mattresses had some kind of greasy substance on them I decided to use a towel and try to clean as much of the mess off the floors so that we could continue to move. Before returning the truck we swept what we could out of the truck and then mopped the floors. We brought it back late that night. The next day, the office girl called us and I told her that there was grease all over the floor. She once again said she cleaned it before I picked it up but unless she cleaned it with grease, she didn't clean it. She then of course charged me a $45 cleaning fee! So yeah, I'm not happy with the service I received.DANIELLE B.

The air went out twice in the UHaul, which is completely unforgivable during a summer in the South. In addition, please explain to representatives that when customers have questions about the UHaul experience, those questions should be answered without a condescending tone/assumption that customers SHOULD know the answer. When doing the check out, it ask if you put the dolly back up but there is nothing that states that you have to fold up your blankets that you used. I cleaned the uhaul and put the dolly back and put the blankets in a pile (that I thought may be washed). But then I get a call stating that I am being charged 25 dollars because I did not fold the blankets. I was upset about thisJanna Y.

I feel like when you pay a certain amount for a rental, especially with insurance you should be given something in return. In my experience a short amount of mileage should be allowed. Having to pay rental+insurance+mileage is a large expense that most people will try to work around if they aren't cornered in. With a 29.99 rental you should be given a 25 mile allotment at least before the .79 a mile kicks in. That and move those gas pedals to the right a bit. Uhaul trucks in general seem cramped now how they make them. Being cramped and having no cruise control is just irritating. Service was great though.Brian P.

The lady who helped us was awesome. She went over and above hooking up three different trailers before we determined I had a fuse out causing one of the blinkers not to work. The lady who made the reservation for us was also extremely helpful in locating a store near us and making the reservation.John W.

The manager, Kevin, at this DS, LA location was a complete **********. Wouldn't Repeat WOULD NOT recommend anyone use this specific location; Cypress Point Storage in DS, LA. Wish I could give specific details on how this manager tried to facilitate duplicate transactions and unauthorised transactions on my card. I get it. Times are hard but it's unimaginable what this manager is doing to customers' debit/credit cards. Don't walk away from this place; RUN!!!!!Chad K.

Don't put the dolly and furniture covers in the truck when a customer specifically says they don't need. We had to pull the tags and pay for them just because we needed the space in the truck. Never used either one. Maybe you can find a better location for them.Brian M.
