The reception is so bad there shouldn’t be any mobile pickups or drop offs. It was a pain in the dark with mosquitoes and I lost connection and couldn’t continue with picking up my truck. Then I had to contact supports to help me with the next steps because the app no longer had the “pickup my vehicle option” During the day hours, the guy seems to be really nice.
