aaron W.Provide more information about how to use the "Tow/Haul" engine braking and how the engine automatically down-shifts. This is especially needed because I went through the mountains of Tennessee. It was not obvious how to operate the engine breaking. Every time the driver used the breaks that the transmission would change to a lower gear, revving the engine. The engine brake did not want to stop when the driver pressed on the gas, just revved the engine further without returning to the previous higher gear. This made the drive through the mountains difficult and dangerous.

It was also between vehicles and a 6' high chain link fence. I'm glad I didn't cause any additional scratches or dents when pulling out.

Joseph S.The store was closed so I tried to park the truck out of the way and upfront. I don't think it matters where you park the returns, but if the owner has an area they prefer it should be marked.

PAUL G.I was sent a different location for pick-up via e-mail. . THen I received phone voicemail stating they would be open at 8am. That location did not open until 10am. Then I had to drive an additional 15 minutes to get to the other location after we figured out where the truck actually was. THEN you charged me $.99 cents per mile for a truck that is advertised to $19.95 per day. So, in order to rent a truck and trailer for one afternoon cost me over $200!!! I will NEVER use your services again and encourage everyone I know to find other alternatives. I am a healthcare executive and if we provided health care the way U-Haul does business the death rate in the US would be much higher! PLEASE use this criticism constructively to improve your services.
