It was difficult to find the store. The address sign was hidden by a tree/bush that had grown over the sign. But that didn't really matter, because the paint on the address sign had fallen off, making the address just about impossible to read. The only thing that helped us find the location was a couple other U-Haul trucks located near the drop-off store.Michael R.

the truck was fine. The tailer was old. The agent in CO told us that a rubber boot was missing and to just tell the drop off location about it when we arrived in FL. the chains on the trailer were very long and dragged on the road ~ the agent in Pueblo was told this and was unaffected by such. ALSO...the truck & trailer were supposed to be in Canon City which was close to our old house, however, at the last minute the pick up location was changd to Pueblo and that was 26 miles from our old residence....not cool!Carol C.
Booked a reservation over the phone. But when arriving I was told there was no trucks available. Happened to slip us into a different sized one. Never apologized for the mix up or tried to make it right. Air worked off and on, website to return keys didn't work. Other than the above, the truck was affordable. Quit doing the 24/7 drop off. The inside of the truck was dirty and had to be swept before I started moving things into the truck. There was also cards and toys found in the glove compartment of the cab. The girl that checked us out was very nice and friendly and helpful, so there was nothing bad to say about her.Gerry H.

Arrived a day early to drop off the truck. Sign said OPEN but door was locked. So I went online to return the vehicle. The app is just as bad as the rest of the uHAUL experience. Couldn't complete the return online. Called for assistance. Put on hold and told the wait was 30 minutes. At this point that wasn't going to happen. So I put the key in the drop box and left. I waited about half an hour and called the location. The person claims she was there all along. But was helpful and got my truck checked in. Again...will never use uHaul again. Just glad no one was hurt because of their dangerous faulty equipment.Mark E.
The location and owner was very helpful and friendly. However Uhaul the company will not be used again and I will tell everyone my experience. We had a rental lined up no more than a mile from where we were staying. The day before, Uhaul called and told us that the trailer had not been returned and we would need to drive 60 miles one way to pick up at another location. After we reluctantly agreed to pick up 60 miles away I asked for compensation or someone at Uhaul to bring it to us. They told us no on both accounts. I thought that was pretty shady operation structure since we had no control. So we started out to pick up 60 miles and passed 2 dealers with the same trailer on the way. Now how does a huge company like Uhaul not have resources to figure out a solution or even offer compensation for the inconvenience? I'll never use Uhaul again and I will tell friends the same.Casey or Edward B.

It's too expensive. About $80 after gas and mileage and all that. All I needed it for was a single trip to move some furniture. I also had to return the vehicle to the location I picked it up at and it would have been easier to drop it off at a location closer to my fi al destination. In short I hate uhaul.Josiah S.
I reserved a 26ft truck and was downgraded after the reservation. When I picked up my 15ft truck, there was a 26ft sitting in the lot and after making two trips with the smaller truck and barely making it back to the storage unit to get my personal vehicle from being locked in for the night, the 26ft truck was still sitting in the lot unmoved. Very disappointed after spending 10k plus with U-Haul.andrew M.

No attendant for drop off. My 70 yr old mother went to drop off trailer. No one On site. Someone answers the phone and ask you to leave trailer .. mind you this is a 6x12 trailer. I don't know many women much less 70 ur olds that can unhitch and lift off the ballâ€¦ this was a horrible experience. Stay away!!! Worst experience ever.Alfonso A.

The vehicle I was given when it was sleeting had a non-functioning drivers side windshield wiper. The lock to was really hard to get into, and the location was terribly lit. It took me about an hour to verify 2 people and to get access to a lock that did not function the 1st 20x I put in the word code, HICK. I wouldn't use this location again.Kurt B.

The phone number listed is never answered. Calls go straight to a message that's says voicemail had not been set up. Dropped off at the location that says business opens at 8:00. I waited 20 minutes but no one ever showed up.ARMANDO O.

Return location needs more lighting and a sign that say UHAUL maybe! Or figure out a way to make the LED lights on the parked UHAUL trucks light up when plugged in or something? Neat system with the truck share, but its a little creepy just taking a truck after getting the key out of a lock box "Because my phone told me to!" I was glad I didn't have to explain that to law enforcement, but I am sure its tracked and verified. Still felt a bit weird... I never did see anyone from uhaul or get a call or interact with anyone. While the truck ran fine and got the job done, I didn't feel valued as a customer. I think next time I will rent from Penske, I like actual customer service! Try finding this location in the dark driving a strange truck! I added a few miles circling the location, trying to find it.Allen C.

These people didn't know what they were doing. They were late getting to the office, trailer was dirty, didn't hookup the trailer properly. I had to tell them that we had to mark existing damage, test the lights for functionality. What a mess! They need to be trained. This hookup could have been dangerous. I would warn people not to use this location. Very unhappy.Darlene J.
On line the price was $101.00, At the Northside Uhaul, the price was $137, then at the Pueblo West location they charged $187.00 for your smallest trailer for 1 day. Pricing was way too high. I will never rent a trailer from Uhaul again and will tell others what happened.GORDON W.

I got there almost an hour before they were supposed to be closed and no one was there... I completed the pickup process through th app and was given a code to get my key out of the lock box and there wasn't any keys, I then had to wait for someone to show up to get me the keys after numerous calls and being rerouted to another number to call.
